Hello Team, Kindly advise it’s compatible with https://codecanyon.net/item/mailster-email-newsletter-plugin-for-wordpress/3078294
so i will HAVE TO pay for an additional email service like stampready or mailster to be able to use (their) the drag&drop features? otherwise just plain html to adapt manually for each newsletter i send?
Yes, you will need to pay for an additional email service like StampReady or Mailster to use their drag-and-drop features. Otherwise, you’ll have to manually adapt plain HTML for each newsletter you send.
ok, thanks for clearification
Im thinking of buying this set and using it in SendGrid(not using this builder) – can I get access after purchase to the HTML so I can then get that into SendGrid? will if affect the look and feel? Plus last update was in 2022 is it still ok?
Hi, Carlos.
The item also includes the HTML templates, that you can import into any service that supports the HTML format – you don’t need to use StampReady.
Importing the templates usually doesn’t affect the look and feel. But you’ll have to do updates manually by modifying the code.
I am interested only on Mailster templates. Do I need to pay something extra in addition?
There are no extra charges to worry about.
If you want to use the template in Mailster, simply upload the Mailster version of the template through the Mailster WordPress plugin.
Bought it. Testing now defaults outgoing emails. With mailster template, I can see a nice template. With Blaumail theme selected and for example notification.html as default – always get just a text + logo, no design. I did try to use any other templates – same. PLAIN text + logo
Could you please contact us through the support form? I would appreciate understanding the situation better.
I recall a customer who faced a similar problem. They used a template other than Notification (notification.html).
What about the Woo tags? For example: {order_number}, are they all supported?
Do I need to ALSO pay for a stampready account to simply use the layout editor for export? If so, I’d like a refund. This needs to be clear before purchase for buyers. I like this product so far, but I am having trouble importing your zip files into free stamp ready account. I just want to use your modules to create my layout and export it. I can code the rest, once I have my layout the way I want it with a builder.
Hello, erix43.
Yes, StampReady does require users to have a paid subscription to use all their editor’s features. Same as other 3rd party services compatible with this template (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, ...).
The item includes templates for each 3rd party service. If you’re handy with code, the templates’ HTML version can be manually updated. Start by unarchiving the zip file you downloaded from Themeforest.
Hello. When I send a test from Stampready the template adjusts to mobile screen as well (iPhone 14 pro max) but when I send the same code from my site it doesn’t stretch to be responsive. Any ideas? Thanks
Hi there.
This usually happens if the template’s stylesheet media queries are not included. Make sure the complete embedded stylesheet is included along with the email.

I compared the headers in the gmail and the media is there. I tried sending an email the same way, just a different template and that works perfect, so there is a problem in your code I guess
can confirm now even with free responsive templates online works on any device, while this template code doesn’t and I can send screenshots of the code from both gmail and any sending email system to prove it.
I ran a few tests and didn’t get any issues. Which of the files are you using?
Mostly notifications ones but I also tested others. Also tried the free ones on stampready vault and they work. There seems to be issues with the media or with the max-width size or smth I really can’t say exactly. As far as I can tell the other templates that work have a width:640px and media . I can send screenshots if you have any site or ticket form to submit.
I’ll reply back and you can include the screenshots.
I can confirm the issues are from Wordpress which strips away some code and makes the template not responsive. I will try and adjust it to other css code. Thanks and sorry for the trouble.
I noticed the invoices only have the person name and not also the company details that bills the person, so it’s not quite an invoice ready
This is a bit confusing. Is this a builder or isnt it. When I am in a demo, and i click on a template it takes me to a builder with a sidebar which lets me add to the template. So which is it? Also what if I’m using Constant Contact, will this work there? Thanks.
Hello,
This item is an email template that works with different email service providers. The builder you see in the previews is a StampReady service. You’ll need to create an account with them to access the builder.
While creating an account is free, access to the complete features requires a paid subscription.
The templates work with any service that supports sending out HTML emails. Using the template with Constant Contact will require updates, such as adding an unsubscribe link.
Hi, I sent an email requesting for support a few days ago but never heard back. Are you on holiday and if so, when will you be back please?
Hey,
Things are a bit more busy this time of year. It might take me a little longer to respond. Just sent you a reply.
is this item zip file?
All versions and files are packed into a ZIP archive, as with all downloadable items.
Brother, I mean this is an editable HTML file so I can upload it with the Acelle Email Marketing script
Can we use this template with activecampaign or mailpoet ?
Hey there, we have bought simpleapp and blaumail to use both of them. However we saw too late, that the blaumail theme does not come in different dimensions (narrow, wide, full). Is there any chance to get the blaumail in the 632px dimension as well?
Blaumail has a fluid outer container of 800px, while the main content has a width of 624px. This should resize accordingly on smaller screens.

Hi there, What is the difference between ‘HTML sources’ and ‘HTML’ ? Only the inlined CSS ? Thanks very much
Yes, HTML-source does not have the CSS inlined. This is useful in case you want to make serious upddates.
Do these work in Mandrill as well?
Hello, May I use your templates with the Extended package (License) for our SAAS app?
hi, are there pre built templates like your demo for mailster? or just one template?
Hello, can I use your template in Mailchimp with the Mailchimp blocks?
No, you can’t.
Mailchimp’s Editor for custom templates differs from the one that comes with the default emails. The features and blocks are not available. https://mailchimp.com/help/import-a-custom-html-template/ok, thanks
Hi,
Pre-sale question. In your live preview I noticed you have a link to Vault, I understand that this is a separate purchase, but are all those modules in Vault compatible with your email template?
Thank you.
Hi,
is this compatible with https://sendy.co/ ?
I haven’t tested with sendy.co, but the template should work with any system that sends HTML emails.
