Hi, somehow the theme is overriding the woocommerce fiiles. I can’t ‘group’ products in any way without the theme overriding woocommerce. It works if I set woocommerce in debug mode, but without it the products, and their category pages, are messed up. Is there a fix?
This problem only occurs on variable products.

According to the woocommerce manual a grouped product is: “a collection of related products that can be purchased individually and only consist of simple products. For example, a set of six drinking glasses.” It does not work for variable products by woocommerce default and has nothing to do with the theme. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-4

When I say ‘group’ products, I mean grouping products together in categories, tags, or the woocommerce products shortcode.
The problem occurs when I group variable products in categories, tags etc. I am not using the woocommerce grouped products type.

Hello, Yes, you can set in the themesettings if you want to have the sidebar on the left or on the right (sidebar + 3 products per row) or no sidebar (4 products per row).
If you want to change the products per row on a custom base you can easily change one number in the code (I tell you where in the supportforum after your purchase) and you have another number of products.

Hi. Please tell me how to prevent the theme from displaying enlarged Single Product image. I have only small images on the site (150×150, 200×200, 250×250), but when I inspect the Single product page I see “548×585 pixels (Natural: 206×220 pixels)”
I am also seeing “250px × 250px (scaled to 695px × 695px)”
Where is the code that handles that resizing? I need to disable it urgently.

What’s your upload file size limit? Have you tried to upload the zip via FTP and unpack it?

Hi, Great theme. But on my server functions.php is showing virus infected. Some php injector virus is found and hence my port 80/443 are blocked. I talked to my hosting provider, they told me there is some problem with the theme. How can I resolve this issue?

Please note, that the themefiles are anti-virus checked by us and by Envato. Please redownload the theme from your downloadpage here at themeforest and replace the function.php file with it. If you’re able to do a compare in advance to see if the file on your server is still the original. I’m quite sure that there’s no virus in the original function.php and the “virus scanner” is mistakenly finding something. The theme is running on a huge number of servers already and non of them detected anything.

1. I want this theme to create a handmade bracelets shop. I want to know if is it possible to have an extra field for customization. For example, to engrave my name on the bracelet, I need a field to introduce it. Is it possible with your theme?
2. And another thing. Also I need that the customer can choose between different designs to engrave the bracelet. For example, I need a little gallery of designs, and I want that the customer can choose the design he wants for customize his bracelet. Is that possible too?

1. By default WooCommerce does not have the option to add custom text on products, only via the notes field on the checkout page. Because Bold is based on the functionalities of WooCommerce (the Shop system) Bold hast these feature neither. But you can easily add these feature with a plugin like this: https://www.woothemes.com/products/product-add-ons/ I’m currently working on a customersite where the customer sells postcards and also wants the field “Your custom text” (even with a max character limitation!) on the product detail page so her customers can add custom text to the postcard – just like in your case with the bracelets.
2. Image galleries are no problem. You can add images for a gallery directly at a product or you can create a separate page to display all sort of images and galleries where your customers can find some inspiration.

there are several “woocommerce importer plugins” available on the web. Just pick one. (Google is your friend ) I can’t recommend one as we’re just developing the shop themes but never set them up for real use.

Hi, I am going to buy this template but i need to make sure about one thing before buying it.
I need to have feature to select type of product while buying it. Imagine we are selling clothes. User should be able to select color and size. Do you have this feature on your template? because i havnt seen it in your preview website.

What you’re looking for is called a “variable product”. You can easily create this product type with this theme and you can create unlimited custom attributes like color, size, or whatever you need. The values of these attributes can then be selected via the dropdown on the products page and you can set individual prices and images for each attribute value. E.g. showing a red shirt für $15 when color red is selected and a green für $16 when color green is selected. And when the size is set to large the green costs e.g. $20. Also sale prices based on the attribute values are possible. So you can put the green shirt in large on sale but the green in medium not.
