Hello, I have purchased your theme a long time and love it. We are using Jijoshop. Over time Jijoshop works fine with this theme no issues expect for the latest upgrade (Jigoshop version 1.17.7) that does affect this theme with some mirror issues where the minus and plus on the quality is not working. I’ve tested this with other Jijoshop free themes and works just fine. We love this theme, because it’s simple for our customers to check out. For now before we do the upgrade on our live website, I’ve made this sandbox website so you can see what’s going with this theme because themeforrest states it’s good for Jigoshop 1.5.x for this theme. We need to purchase extensions that required to run on Jigoshop version 1.17.7) and we can’t do this till this is fixed.

Hi, This theme is awesome. I installed this theme but there is one problem when I extract bolsa theme file there is no demo xml files. Can you please tell me how can I get the demo xml files for bosla and bosla child theme?
Sorry about that. Unfortunately, I don’t have permission to redistribute the images used in the demo. If you follow the steps in the Bolsa User Guide it’ll walk you through setting up your site.
Without demo xml file it would be very hard to develop and too much time taking process. Even in Bolsa Guide Pdf is mention if any file is missing so inform asap to bolsa team or themeforest. I hope you can understand my problem and help me to sort out this issue.

I need a gallery inside a lightbox, opening from an image or gallery/portfolio item. now the apparently not so easy to find stuff: The Lightbox needs to show caption/title for each image and description with capability to put a link inside (HTML supported)

Sorry, no. That’s not something that’s available in the theme out of the box. You’d need to customize it for that. Perhaps you’d be better off finding a plugin that does that?
I have changed the bolsa-product-cats width to 33% so I can have 3 product cats per row and it works great.
I also added in a div for text to be underneath each one and it looks fine until you view it on mobile.
Is there any way to add text to these so that it converts to mobile too?

You’d need to wrap each of the image/texts sets in their own 33% divs, and then change those to 100% on mobile. It’s an easy change, just could take some time to get right. Since this is a customization I can’t really offer extensive support on the subject, but I’ll help how I can.
When you plan to update theme with support latest WooCommerce version? With 2.1.8 version it has Fatal error and missing many css styles.
Where is that happening for you? I just ran through the site with 2.1.8 and everything is working as it should.
Also, if you’d like to receive support I’ll need to you be logged in under the account you purchased the theme with.

Absolutely. There are actually two XML files included with the download; one for WooCommerce and one for Jigoshop. So whichever system you’re going to use, you should be good to!
I am getting an error on the Checkout and it is showing it is from the file bolsa.js with an undefined object for the method accordian. Until this is fixed my Stripe payment processor will not work.

I will tell you that this is the worst $60 I’ve ever spent. After purchasing a few more themes – this one has 0 value to it! -It doesn’t even work with JetPack -It has lousy shortcodes -very few features -not so flexible -doesn’t have a build-in editor
Pros: -Looks good
I regret that I’ve build my website around this theme. There are far more themes that are far more functional.

I have a big problem with comments and categories …
if I use your short code to insert featured Items. My post category disappears. And I can no longer see people’s comments, or have people leave post comments. instead it tracks replies … I suppose about the featured product. This is extremely annoying as this makes organizing posts impossible, and engagement with the viewers comes to a halt!

As this point, we are unclear as to how we can assist you with installing the theme.
Earlier today, you stated that you could not locate the name of the file to install, from page 5 of the User Guide. This prompted us to (1) provide screenshots of the pages containing installation instructions and (2) highlight the exact portions of the page that were relevant to your question (WordPress Installation) (FTP installation).
As you can tell from the screenshots, the highlighted portions make no reference to the file names you continue to ask us about. This is because the name of the files we submitted to ThemeForest are bolsa.zip (Installable WordPress file) and bolsa042313.zip (Main File(s)). Did you extract either of the archives you downloaded from your account to see if they contain the file names referenced in the User Guide? Up until this point, we assumed you already had done so per the instructions in the User Guide.
Lastly we have respectfully asked you to explain exactly what part of the User Guide you are having trouble understanding. We know that, as diligent as we set out to be, there will be questions regarding this document and we are always more than happy to clarify where needed. This is especially true if there is a language difference. But, again, we have been met with resistance on your part.
At this point, if you feel like our product and/or level of support are unsatisfactory to you, we would wholly support your request for a refund and sincerely apologize for any difficulties you have encountered to this point.

Also i read page 5 as you told me to read under the heading How to Install but it doesn’t mention about which zip files to be install first.

When installing woocommerce and try to load website i get this error 404 Not Found.

Is there PayPal Express Checkout? I don’t want customer to fill out the checkout form.
Both plugins offer a myriad array of checkout options and you should decide which one is best for you first.
I think PayPal Express checkout is good. customers don’t need to fill out the form to buy an item.

Hi, I would like to use this theme without the “Add to cart” or “Checkout” option… basically I have an online store already and a retail store, but I have another website dedicated to hire products.
Is there a way to have this theme display products as a catalog but remove the “add to basket” “buy now” or other buttons?
I can code PHP so I’m sure I can remove them myself, but would be handy if there is an option within the theme to do this!

Since the e-commerce functionality is handled by the respective plugins, we would recommend using one of their vetted extensions for your particular needs.
Do you have a VDO Tutorial for set up this theme ? EX. How to replace the images and slider ?

Hello,
I finally just purchased the theme. I wanted to let you know that on a clean 3.5.1 install, upon activating the theme, I get a message in the wp admin that Bolsa is not yet ready for woocommerce 2.x.
Also, as it has been reported before, I also get the xml import fail (test done on a local install)
Thanks for the purchase. We are not certain why the XML import fails for some and not everyone but have posted another version on our support website.
