Please check development version in your zip its already included

Those are not what I need. I need the app.css unminifed. I have never bought a themeforest product and had the main css minifed. That’s insane.

The template has gulp and webpack which make it easy to create your own version. Development version has sass for css and webpack to include js from npm modules. You can also create unminified version. As we are using lot of plugins you may not need all of them so to make it fast you can simply remove or comment required files from app.js (dev version) and compile using gulp production command. Please let me know if you still have confusion I will guide you step by step. Please also check docs.
