We are using the Bristol theme with King Composer. What is the recommended way to update it?

When I downloaded the theme, I noticed there were two installation options: new theme and old theme. Which one should we use?

Additionally, WordPress recommends PHP 8.x, but we are currently running PHP 7.4. Yesterday, I tried installing the new version, and WordPress displayed an error related to Revolution Slider.

Do you have any recommendations on how to properly update the theme and PHP version?

Most hectic theme I have ever purchased from themeforest. Trying to upload demo and it didn’t work at all. I waited almost 1+ hour there is no issue with my internet connection or cPanel it’s just a bug on their theme so be aware before you purchase this theme not recommended.

Theme options don’t work, and how can I get the King Composer latest version? I still have the old one. I tried opening a support ticket but I can’t even see the theme in the list. Is this even still supported?

I have done as you said but the result is still the same. I deleted the theme support plugin and then reinstalled it. I cleared the cache also but nothing changed. I urgently need this to be solved. So, please check it out and solve the issue for me, please.

Will they update the security issue that King Composer has?

after I did the installation, I didn’t touch the client’s site for a long time, now I can’t change anything in the theme because Theme options doesn’t work anymore, you click on the option and nothing happens. Did they change something in the theme that I was in harm’s way?

Can’t import demo data while using theme options / utility, will take hours of time please fix this issue soon.

Hello, the options do not load correctly when entering Appearance> Theme Options.

I tried the solution of installing the “Test jQuery Updates” plugin and it didn’t work.

I have also observed that in the mobile version the menu does not work correctly. You cannot click on the menu items that have submenus.

Too many issues with this theme. I need a refund ASAP. I’m only 30min into downloading this theme and I’ve already found multiple issues. 1) There’s no child theme 2) Theme options doesn’t work even though your latest update says that it does 3) Slider Revolution doesn’t work with this theme even though I have the same Slider version on a totally different theme & website. 4) Support hasn’t publicly responded to any of the comments which would help with pre-purchase decision.

The Appearance > Theme Options has issues and needs an update. None of the side bar items are activated and you can’t click on them. The Options screen stays on General Settings and I’ve deleted & download several times and still the same issue.
