Hi, Would like to know if there is an update version plugin for WPBakery Page Builder? currently the version the website used is 6.13.10 and lastest version is 7.0 and I can’t seem to update the plugin saying – “Update failed: Malformed URL: “key”” is required”

When you purchase a theme, the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme. However, your Theme purchase does not give you an individual WPBakery Page Builder or Revolution Slider license. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates. New plugin updates will be provided when we issue new theme updates. As soon as a new version is available for download, we will surely update the theme after we will fully test the plugins.

Hi we need to use an appointment calendar how can we use it as its not showing in the theme? there is a page book appointment but when we click on it , its only shows the short code, please guide us how to use it and can we use it for multiple booking for different doctors something like that?

We are already integrated with our theme but you have to buy booking plugins separately. We have already declared that, The addon for the appointment booking plugin needs to be purchased separately, as this plugin is restricted for third-party distribution.

How do update manually? Do we just put the files via FTP in the themes folder?
Hello,
Download the latest version of the theme from your account. Then log into your hosting account via your FTP and remove the wp-content/themes/brivona folder via FTP and re-upload which you download from your account.

BTW, Did you know that your latest version is not compatible with PHP 8.1? I know you mentioned in your previous version that might be fixed, but it is still broken with 8.0 and 8.1. This is the error. There has been a critical error on this website.

When purchasing a theme, you have two licensing options: Regular License and Extended License. One purchase of the theme allows you to use the theme on one finished site. If you are going to use the item on one domain or same subdomains of that main domain in which theme running then, you only require one Regular Licence. However, if you are going to use the item on multiple domains, then you will need to purchase a Regular Licence for each domain.
