There is new updates to the plugins. Theme is not compatible with PHP 8.3
Its throwing these errors. Few things like ‘Custom Heading’ isn’t working on WPBakery at all. Text editor etc working but rest doesn’t.

There is no issue with the theme. The problem is due to an HTTPS settings configuration on your website. Please go to Settings > General and set both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to use https:// instead of http://.

It looks like you are still providing Version 7.9 to download when updating the WP Bakery plugin, even though you mentioned that the latest version was updated to Version 8.0 in the changelog. On a fresh installation of your theme too we have 7.9. Please check from your end.

There is an issue with a plugin update. Last day, I got an update notification on the Codestar Framework Plugin, but that entirely replaced that plugin with some Social Login plugin, hence the Options page disappeared. Please check.

We updated one click demo data in our theme version 5.6. You can check it on our theme change log. So update the theme to its latest version and you can see demo data options in Admin > Appearance > Import Demo data page in the new update.

I am not impressed with the theme and the support. It is possible to work with elementor, but the product templates look terrible. I wrote to the support 3-4 times encountering various difficulties, each time they advised me to switch to bakery builder and use it with elementor, which broke the whole design. I would like to have my money refunded, but it has already been confirmed with the client, 99% of our work and func. are custom and we do not use anything from the theme, as well as the booking functionality, which looks great on the demo and has limitations when you use it.

I recently bought the theme. However, I would like to know when the new update will come out? Because all demos in Elementor are unconfigured on import. The Slider is not visible. Only WPBakery works 100%.

When you purchase a theme, the WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme. However, your Theme purchase does not give you an individual WPBakery Page Builder or Revolution Slider license. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates. New plugin updates will be provided when we issue new theme updates. As soon as a new version is available for download, we will surely update the theme after we will fully test the plugins.
