go to style-responsive.css line no. 140 and paste the following code under @media (max-width:767px){

.fixed-width #container, .fixed-width #container .header { width: 100%; }

and to active the toggle plz go to “boxed_page.html” in the footer section remove the following js files.
Easy Pie Chart
Sparkline Chart
jQuery Flot Chart

Sure, if you want to give your own size of the container please go to “style.css” line#5579 and line# 5586 where have the class .fixed-width #container { ... } and .fixed-width #container .header {....} give your width those classes.
