statements of super responsive, and responsive, and bootstrap. this theme is not responsive. it simply scales and removes branding and such as the screen gets smaller. trying to go to support doesn’t work because they don’t accept the theme forest keys and require it to submit a ticket. theme doesn’t come with images displayed in the demo. styles are all over the place and includes styles that aren’t needed in this HTML only version. seriously, why do we need WooCommerce styles? I’d much rather have the responsive theme I paid for. 
and before you go and tell me to contact your support, why don’t you fix your support and allow me to contact your support.

I got a pretty nasty comment back from you in my email telling me there is no issues with your theme. I tried your support ticket system again and you must of synced it or something after my message, because it works this time. I’ll start submitting tickets for the things that are broken or not correct in your theme.

No, they haven’t, Themesindustry. They’ve only provided a hack jobby using bad coding practices, while still communicating poorly and telling me that I am wrong and the problem isn’t your fault because it’s not “your code”, that’s broken, it’s someone else’s code. I’m now seeking a refund.

It’s problem. When i can add issue i must insert the purchase code. But, my code not working. ( Error – 404 – fast-unknown-product. Could not find this product in our supported products). Therefore i cannot create issue.

Hi! The template does not seem to contain a working PHP contact form script. We are almost done customizing the template and are getting ready to launch the site. So the revolution slider text is tiny on a mobile device. It’s pointless being there. I tried to submit a ticket for help but i’m being told my purchase code is incorrect. The purchase code was copied directly from the download in my account. Because your website does not recognise the purchase code i’m unable to submit a ticket to report the above issue. A bit disappointed to be honest.
