Hey. Where can I register a license code to activate paid plugins? The theme is installed on wordpress, but I can’t see where to enter the license code of the purchased theme
Hi there! You don’t need to activate it with license key, it’s functional without it. We are not allowed to share our extended license key. Thank you!

I’m not asking for help just letting you guys know that it is impossible to delete and then update to the most recent theme for envato toolkit. The reason I use envato is for the easy non-manual theme update and not being able to do that is super frustrating. Got an error deleting the old one and wouldn’t let me install the newest one because the old folder is still there.
I bought the theme of the scenery, but he can not play any role in the installation?

We buy it on your official website (https://themeforest.net/item/built-construction-business-wordpress-theme/10905888?s_rank=1) but with another username. The message that comes out is: “Are you sure you want to do this? Try again please” and the title of the page is “Failure notice of Wordpress”. The message is not clear nor does it mention what kind of error. The only thing I find that may be the cause is the version, since we use Wordpress 4.7 with Azure.

Thank you! I uploaded succefully the theme by ftp. Now, the plugin “Cmssuperheroes Plugin” I can not activate. It is installed, but when I select “activate” return me the message: “The file of the plugin not exists”. I checked by FTP and the folder cmssuperheroes_built was created in the /wp-content/plugins.

Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP 5.3.x +
MySQL 5.0.4 or higher
WordPress 4.4 +
Recommended PHP Configuration Limits: Many issues you may run into such as; white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can contact with your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum or You can do this on your own by finding php.ini file in your root directory as follows:

Item support is below standard and every update assures something else will break
Item support is far below standard and every update to plugins or the theme assures something else will break. Every answer in their support forum is “give me admin access to your site” and the resolutions are not posted for any self-help. It seems as if the support forums are not to educate users or admit to the problems that are in the theme, but instead, are meant to mask the constant issues cmssuperheroes has with their themes. They do this by asking for admin access, marking answers as private, and checking off the thread as fixed. I imagine they are just waiting out the clock for my support period to end, at which point they will wipe their hands of helping me with their repeatedly broken product unless I buy extended support. How am I supposed to rely on this theme to work when my product support expires? There is no information anywhere about how the current issues are being resolved at any given time (fancybox at the moment). I don’t want to have to pay for extended support so someone can dig around my site every time I have a problem, while gaining no understanding of what went wrong in the first place. I’d essentially be paying for support that any decent QA process would avoid in the first place. Even with my support being current, getting help from cmssuperheroes without allowing admin access to my site is nearly impossible. I’m going on 4 days of back and forth with them, and they simply will not address my issue or assist in any way, other than to ask for admin access to the site. To me, that’s not acceptable support. Stay away from this theme and every other theme by this company. You’ll have to pay for extended support in perpetuity, and they are a nightmare to deal with. Hello, first of all compliments to the theme. It looks amazing although I find it a little complex. I tried to get the same result as the demo, but to get that I had to use the demo content. Now I’m getting there. I just have 2 problems, I can’t seem to find the CSS of the demo content. I would like to change the background color of the ‘Recent post’ ‘Layout5’ Date and Author. These are now yellow. The same for the video background play button which came with the demo content.
