I am writing for what feels like the umpteenth time to report a critical failure in your product and support system.
I purchased the Builta – Construction WordPress Theme, and I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACTIVATE THE LICENSE.
Since the moment of purchase, the theme’s license activation feature does not work. I have submitted multiple tickets and emails through your official support portal (https://themexriver.ticksy.com/) and have received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

As a paying customer, I expect at the very least to be able to use the basic functionality of the product I bought. The total lack of communication and support is appalling and reflects very poorly on your company.
I demand an immediate solution to this problem:
Activate my license for the Builta Theme, or provide a clear and working solution.Respond to my existing support tickets and provide ongoing assistance.If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter by:
Formally reporting the issue to the Envato Market/ThemeForest support team and requesting a refund.Leaving a detailed, honest review about my experience to warn other potential buyers about the non-functional product and the non-existent support.This is not the level of service anyone expects. Fix this immediately.

Unable to activate the license. Its show : Response Error, contact with the author or update the plugin or theme. Couldnt sent you the ticket also, with message “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.” Shall i need purchase the license again?

can remove the Cart button on the top. Also How to edit the header and footer. This is a Pre-sale question. Could you please help me in this.
