hi, I’m the new web developer for a client using the Camille theme. Their previous web developer purchased the theme through their Envato subscription (which is now cancelled). I need to update the theme for the client and I have the original download files for the theme, but they did not provide the purchase code. Is there a way to receive the theme updates without this? The client doesn’t want to have to purchase the theme again. I cannot submit a support ticket without hte purchase code. Thanks so much!

As T&C of Envato. you can’t download the latest version of the theme once you subscription has been expired or cancelled. However if you bought the theme here, you can update the theme lifetime even your support has expired.

The footer is showing the columns next to each other on mobile, this is not great. Is there a way to have these columns appear on top of each other instead when viewed on a small screen like a mobile?

Where can i find the ‘search results’ page? I need to be able to search for items (by name) within the portfolio.. I can see on your demo that the search option opens a really cool popup window but in my website that doesnt happen, and the results page is nice, not like the messy one I get. Hello LA-Studio. I obtained this theme via Envato Elements and I have really liked the level of customization that it offers. I just have one question I would like help with.
I am using WP Bakery page builder. When I set the header to be transparent in Camille, only half of the header appears transparent on top of the first Wpbakery element. It’s as if only the bottom half of the header becomes transparent and the top half has a white background. How could I fix this?

Hi, I need to say that I am not happy with the support you offer. I have had several problems with RTL. For my latest problem I have been waiting too much time for help. The website has been sent live weeks ago and the problem is not solve. I sent one question related with RTL and you only asked stupid questions instead of check the website or my screenshots. Hi. I purchased the theme via my elements subscription. I am wanting to display the fullscreen menu for the aside header (which will open when an icon is clicked) and the regular across the top menu. Please advise. This seems like it should be pretty simple, however I’m running into conflict.
