In the items details of this page, I read there is a Brand logo + slider, but I can’t find him at the homepage and also not at the backend. Or was this is fault in the item details? Also if i make a order of your template I see nice transactional emails. But i don’t find it in our template. Where can i download the transactional emails?

Hello there, I installed your latest template and magento 1.9. But I get some strange looking sub-menus. Either some sub-menus have empty space between them or some sub-menus are placed horizontally instead of vertically. I have asked your support team and sent the pics of what it should be and what is wrong. But I am asked to give my admin and FTP. Could you not just email me with some idea which files and parts I need to check? if possible, I prefer not to send my FTP and Admin info.

Hi Sir…I should be sorry for asking this…before I purchased this theme I like the color and layout. After I purchased it,I was so surprise to see that how simple the instruction can be,there are just some basic & simple steps…there are some issues can’t be changed easily like the ‘add to cart button’,like the size of image size,like add more static block in the category page and product page….I can’t find more instruction besides the basic & simple steps instructions….this is really not the theme I am looking for….is it possible to apply a refund? I can delete what I downloaded,I am so sorry for asking this…

Sometimes I get orders from email, I want to add the orders in the backend.When I click on Sales and click on the customer and add product (configurable product) it’s no problem. The problem I have is by the tierprice. I can’t click those options, the qty and the tierpricelabel and the price self doesn’t show up! How can I do this, to make this work?

In top menu more then 4/5 level of subcategires display. And change color of theme from CSS file and need to replace some theme images that’s it.

Why you won’t help me out with a grouped product, I created one with a single product with attributes. But all my Attributes disappearing in the Extra info tab. Then you send me a link with how to create a grouped product. I’ve seen that link i’ve done nothing wrong. Please make a grouped product in your own template. I think there is a bug/error in your template, when you create a grouped product. So please don’t tell me to contact the support, show me in your own template!
