I installed this theme successfully (it was a breeze!), however as soon as I switched, my color swatch no longer works. Is this a limitation of the template? And what needs to be done to get this working?

(I use BELVG Color Swatch Pro)

Hi, i bought this theme and everything is fine except for the cloud zoom, I think there is some issues. It doesnt load the main image and when you click the image it goes to the actual image file. However if you click a thumbnail it works fine?

My experience is with Wordpress devp., HTML , CSS, JS, etc.. The template themes I customize in WP, usually have a .po file that I localize into other languages. I am able to fully customize WP templates for my clients in Portuguese. I am looking for Magento Themes that I can fully translate to Portuguse. Is it possible? Do you also include a .xml or sample data to populate the theme? Thanks..

Hello, I am using this theme with grouped products.

When I click on a product from categories page, then click on ‘Next Product’ tab, it goes to next Simple Product, which are not visible individually.

This causes a 404 error. I want the ‘Next Product’ tab to go to the next Grouped Product. Any suggestions???

thank you very much for creating a great theme and providing great support! I am attempting to remove the newsletter block (subscribe.phtml) in the footer by modifying the layout file. However I cannot locate the newsletter.xml file.

I turned on ‘template path hints’ in the admin panel and the path for the block i am trying to eliminate reads “frontend/default/forest_classyshop/template/newsletter/subscribe.phtml” Does this mean that I have to go to the “newsletter.xml” file and comment out the block?

How can i get the sample data? does it come with?

Hello, in the template magento 1.5 worked perfectly, but now I upgrade to version 1.6.2 and gives the following error when entering the shopping cart gives the following error:

“Exception: TypeError: Can not read property ‘innerHTML’ of undefined”

The error only happens in this version. What might be going wrong?

I recently purchased this template with minimal web experience and no magento experience. The support has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions, I would definitely recommend.

Which pages to render so that I can keep only FACEBOOK but not TWEETER and RSS ? if I need to disable the DELIVERY WITHIN 1 DAY and SIZE GUIDE in the product page? If I keep the DELIVERY WITHIN 1 DAY and SIZE GUIDE , where to place those files? which template to use for creating those 2 pages so that the f those pages have the same header, left-nav and footer as the product page?

Firstly, great Theme! I salute you. Secondly I have trouble using the Compare products. In the product page, I have added 2 mobiles for comparison. I get confirmation in the product page that they are added for comparison. Then in the Category page, I have “You have no items to compare.”. Any suggestions? I am using Magento 1.62.
