Hello Sir, I have few questions before getting this plugin , first – Is it compatible with dokan plugin? If no, then which multivendor plugin can we use for this purpose? Second if we try to convert this cleaning website into app , would we get any issue like layout error or any other kind of?

Such forms are added with help of the Calculated Fields Form plugin.
Calculated Fields Form plugin doesn’t allow to export and import the forms that’s why the forms should be created manually. This functionality refers to the third-party plugin and we cannot change the exporting and importing of the Calculated forms. Besides the forms presented on our demo site are just examples and there is a need to change them in accordance to your needs anyway, appreciate your understanding.

Hi there, I can’t edit any information on the website. When I click to edit text, the popup window is blank. I have disabled all plugins except the CMSmasters plugins and still having an issue.

There are no known issues with the current theme version (1.0.6) functioning – please make sure to use this theme version, it should be helpful.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as cleanora/cleanora). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “cleanora-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that in case you modified the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via Envato Market plugin changes that you implemented will be lost because new theme version will overwrite the theme version you use at the moment.

Hello, A client of mine has this theme installed and a warning about deprecated jquery is showing.
For example jQuery.attrFn , jQuery.fn.load() , jQuery.fn.live() found on wp-content/themes/cleanora/js/jquery.script.js andwp-content/themes/cleanora/js/jquery.iLightBox.min.js

You can purchase the premium version: https://cff.dwbooster.com/ that allows charge the calculated field directly through PayPal. I eventually got this theme through envato market, now it’s over 2 years and the Contents are not editable when trying to edit the ones done with Content Composer, why? Even the calculated fields is complex to understan or use.

There are no known issues with the latest theme version functioning. Please make sure to use the latest theme version (1.1.1), update plugins and clear cache, it should be helpful.
We should note that Elements items do not offer support and updates in the same way that regular purchases do. You need to be actively subscribed to access new versions of the theme regardless of if you previously downloaded an older version. To access theme update simply download your theme again to get the most up-to-date version.

Then there’s an issue. Even you are not supporting element products, does it mean your theme should suddenly become obselete because I updated the wordpress so many functions stopped working and I can’t even edit posts appropraitely anymore. It’s bad.

We have downloaded this theme from Envato Elements, and if we could rate it, we would give it 10/10 for everything! It is one of the easiest themes we have worked with, and beautifully structure and easy to edit. The one thing we did notice, was on ipad, there is a massive width issue for the background – not sure if you’ve noticed this? Thank you for a great theme!
I should mention that the settings are boxed, background no-repeat. But if you look at it on iPad, the actual site and contents is set to the far Right of the screen.

Hello, with Wordpress 5.9, there is a bug in “Image Shortcode Settings” with “choose image” button. It does’nt work. You can’t change an image with visual composer editor.
