Hi!, Everything is ok in WHMCS 7.7.1 version. The only issue was the recaptcha. I get the exact copy of repcatcha code in head.tpl of Six default template in the includes folder and replaced adding like 3 of lines of code refering recaptcha in the head.tpl file of Clouhost template.

Hi, To create a new page in WHMCS theme, you’ll have to add page name in ‘php if condition block’, which is given in all the three files (header.tpl, footer.tpl, includes/head.tpl). Make sure that you add the correct page name in all the three files.
How to update the design of WHMCS Client Area ? We have noticed that thre is some tpl files related to client area but client area pages showing the default WHMCS style. Please help
We don’t understand what you want.
We have implemented the theme and all index page and inner pages looks good. But we are not getting idea to change the client are or user panel page style.
We do provide support when there is an bug in our theme, but in this case, you need customization.
I dont know there is Bug no Bug. We need knowledge base to implement the theme files to change the style of the client area pages.It should reflect automatically after adding the theme.Please help. There is very less instructions available inside the theme to implement

quite pitiful. 1 first raised an issue with the currency dropdown, you people denied that it was not your theme even after i showed you that there was a bug from the demo.
2. You later agreed it was your theme, created a fix and said you will send me the file you corrected. Nothing came through.
3. Then later it you said you need approval of Themeforest to send me the change log, over 2 months nothing came through. 4. Now you are telling me you changed over 100 files.
5. with you guys its has been dishonesty upon dishonesty.
6. If a bug is fixed should it be too much to say to the client, update this, and this files to change it?
7. Why does one have to suffer so much pain for buying your product.

So your vesion updates does not change anything at all in your theme, there have been two updates on your theme since i bought it. You update your theme and i get a message from theme forest that there is a new update available for download?
I highlighted an issue that i have and the same issue was on the demo. After denial that it was your problem even though it was on your demo. You told me you will fix it.
You fixed it, told me it had been fixed, i asked for the file changed, you said you were waiting for themeforest to approve the fix.
You sent me a message that it had been fixed and again your theme was updated, yet you claim nothing changed.
This is over 3 months ago.
Along the line you sent emails asking for my ftp details to update the fix. I asked for the specific file because i did some customization.
ALL I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE PAST 2 TO 3 MONTHS IS FOR YOU PEOPLE TO TELL ME KNOW THE FILE YOU CHANGED TO CORRECT THE ERROR SO THAT I CAN DO THE SAME ON MY THEME.
I PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT, AND SUPPORT FOR IT.

after days of argument, you said you will look into it, then you said you will fix it. After fixing i asked for the files that were fixed.

Your comment above is not true sir, i can post the correspondence i had with you regarding this. You asked me for ftp and i gave it to you. naturally custom files will be deleted if you just ftp new files.
I have asked you to let me have the files on which the bug was corrected and i can work with my team to rectify this.
And you told me hundreds of files were corrected. I have an intermediate knowledge about programing, updating files and the like.
I have been buying applications, plugins and themes for the past 15 years online and you have been the most difficult client to deal with.
Your theme is good and will serve well but your support as not been helpful.
You guys have been rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I have chatted with you on your site, sent you several emails and sent several messages here all to no avail.

Yes we do provide support when there is an bug in our theme, but in this case, this issues caused due to some customization done at your end.
But still I’m there to help you, could you please tell me what action you perform by which this got infected as previously we modified it perfectly.

I purchased this and its a freaken night mare….you say extensive documentation….laugh out loud here…the documentation mounts to almost nothing….I found this url even this documentation is very limited…seems you must know bootstrap programming and extensive css knowledge…I was expecting at least an index file to modify to my site…..Iam very sorry but your are very miss leading and describing this product as being easy to use….

very nice WHMCS TEMPLATES….only thing missing is more info button for hosting packages…..you can only list a couple things for each package….if you add too much makes page very long not pretty…if you guys add that more info for each hosting packages id buy it…pronto…
