We can understand that you are trying to scam as you are the only person who got an uncountable problem in an HTML template where we have more than 260 more customers of this item and they didn't find anything, even you didn't contact for support if you have an issue with the template.

I was looking to find how to simply remove the tawk.io widget from the page. I finally found a result of someone wondering the same thing https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/topic/removal-of-tawk-to-chat-widget/ and all you tell them is to go look at the documentation. Where!??! . The HTML5 template link under Templates just gives a 404 error. I don't understand how this item has 5/5 documentation, and there is no link to the documentation!
