I bought this theme and my website menu isn’t working how your demo works on mobile, this is what’s happening to me when clicking the parent menu to get the subpages showing it just goes to the parent page

I sent a support request because I’m not sure what files I need to upload to get the demo pages. I’ve tried uploaded the zip files but nothing seems to be working properly. Is there a resource page with step by step instructions? I downloaded the Installable only files Child and the regular file and activated the required plugins so I’m not sure what I doing wrong. I don’t want to have to build the page from scratch but that’s pretty much what happening when I upload the file current files.
