Hi thank you for a great theme. I have a small issue. I have drop-down menus that work fine at bigger resolutions but with the hamburger menu the top level becomes unclickable. So at full res ‘pricing’ > ‘savings calculator’ are both clickable with hamburger clicking on ‘pricing’ leads to ‘savings calculator’ not to the pricing page. Could you please suggest a fix? Hi, thanx for requesting. The script for responsive menu is built in the way, that in case of submenus they will be shown after clicking on upper level. I would suggest, that you make a subcategory for pricing and put it under “Pricing”, and the actual pricing main catehory you make as “Redirect to subpage” , so by clicking on Pricing the user will be redirected to the first subpage “Pricing”. Sorry, if it sounds a liitle weird

Since I have upgraded to the latest version of this theme, I am unable to make any changes to the theme options.
wp-admin/themes.php?page=options-framework
When I make a change in the theme options and then click ‘Save Changes’ then it doesn’t save any of the changes I made and shows a white page.
How to fix this?

Hi, it depends, which section / content element would you like to ustilise on your page. For example check here;: http://codex-themes.com/codeus/quickfinders-2/on-top/ – here we have a quickfinder section on top, specified in page settings. Or for example here: http://codex-themes.com/codeus/portfolio/portfolio-slider/side-bar-below/ – here you see portzfolio slider below content, also specified in page settings

Hi, you can change background color in title bar in these sections using following custom css in theme options:
body.CLASS .page-title-block {
background: #ff0000 !important;
}
where CLASS should be:
category -> for all blog categories category-57 -> for only one category with id 57 search -> for search results single-post -> for all blog posts postid-46 -> for just one post with id 46 single-codeus_news -> for all news postid-46 -> for just one news post with id 46 archive -> for archive
so for example to change background by all blog posts you can use:
body.single-post .page-title-block {
background: #ff0000 !important;
}

We have purchased codeus theme, and installed in our local system, we are trying to import demo content, but we are not able to find layer slider options in admin. Looks like layer slider is not installed, do we have to externally install layer slider (do we have purchase layer slider or it is included with theme?)

Hi, in quickfinders you have an option to set an image (featured image) to appear instead of font icon. So you can choose any icon of your wish, for example from icomoon.io, save it as PNG and using our PSD templates bring it to the look you wish and upload.

I mean the blue filter which appears when you put an image instead of an icon. When you hoover on the image a blue color appears.

I forgot to ask you about a related problem: I have used quickfinders with icons but there is no url related to my quickfinders. Still when you hoover on it, a small hand appears and we can click on it. Some people told me it was misleading so is it possible to have no small hands, only a cursor, when you hoover on a quickfinder which has no url?

Hello! How would I set this up? I would like viewer to input basic info into a small contact form, then after contact info is submitted, it would start a PDF download to the viewer’s computer, and also would send a nicely-designed email to the viewer with a message and link to download the PDF?

Really? That is custom? Seems like a pretty standard thing to do these days to increase conversion rate and CTR. What part is custom – the download, the email response, or both?
Codeus is optimised for using contact form 7 plugin and its functionality. I am not sure if the functionality you would like to have (with automatic download etc.) is included in this plugin. Otherwise you can try to look for other plugins which could cover this

Is it possible to change the width of the “boxed” version of this theme?
Also, is there a way to alter both the height of the page titles, and to customise the background image? Right now we’re using the standard options, but we’d like to start utilising our own designs on this part of the site.

1. To change the width of boxed layout you can use following custom css code in Theme options:
#page.boxed {
width: 1000px;
}
#page.boxed .central-wrapper {
width: 1000px;
}
2. to increase the page titles i would suggest to use paddings in this way:
.page-title-block-content {
padding: 50px 0;
}

For the titles, we really want to shrink them down as much as possible, and change the background to custom images. Is this possible?
Sure. To shrink the title bar just use the appropriate padding from the code above, reduce it as you wish. Concerning background images: you have an option to upload your own image for the title bar, check documentation

As in most video background sites i would like to set it on front page from the top.
Thing is, i would like to have a menu with center logo, the styling is not the problem, but most themes has only left/right option, without automatic center and no matter how many items is added.

Hi, I have a problem with quickfinders(below the slideshow). it was displaying 4 quickfinders and i changed the width of the front page. then one of the 4 quickfinders is just out of the page, I tried to fix this but I’m helpless. I want three of these to be displayed or all four but which is fit to the page. so what should I do?

Hi, did you change the width of boxed layout in source code? In this case try this custom css code in theme options to bring your content elements inside the changed width:
