Hello,
i’m having a issue here. For some reason when i try to open some tabs in custom page sidebar they are not opening. For example i have a page in where i use:
- template: page with left sidebar
- in page sidebar options i use “Customize”
- form avaliable widgets i use few but i only getting issue with “Rich text editor/WISIWYG”
firs time when i created a page and added some content into widget it worked, but now the tab with widget wont even open, yet it is still visible in a page..
can you help me somehow ?
i have one more thing, maybe the problem causer is that i use more than one “Rich text editor/WISIWYG” widgets. Because one will pop just normally and the another wil not and the url is upgraded with this end tag: #available-widgets

Hi, pls download the latest verion of Codeus from your downloads on Themeforest, remove the current version of theme (switch to some standard theme like Twenty Eleven and then delete Codeus) and reinstall Codeus with freshest version. The issue should be then resolved.
what about my content created within codeus theme like quickfinders, settings, color scheme, branding, etc.. ? it will stay intact?

Hi, thanx for requesting. Of course, we use here the functionality of layerslider, so you can create your own slides, effects and interactions as you wish – basing on all possibilites which you have with the 5th version of layerslider
Thanks codex, I think it is not the slider properties and when I move the mouse , the elements in the slider keep on moving little bit. I tried on most browsers and it keeps happening. I think the comment by ‘websiteowner’ user also referring to the same thing. Thank you for the quick response.

We have made it specially to show parallaxing of objects. We have used styles and code to make it, you can remove this and everything will be static. By default it is static in LS when you create a new slideWe have made it specially to show parallaxing of objects.

Maybe. You should delete in “LayerSlider”, slideshow with title “Test” – here you have all our slides
Hi, i was right. I was deleting in the wrong places. Now i’ve got it. GREAT! Only one question left; when i hover the mouse over the slide some areas of the slide hover with it. How can i stop this?

Hi, it’s not possible to make a screen shot because you will not see ’’it’’ move. What i mean by it; if you go to your theme and move your computer mouse to the slide. you will see that the titles, text, and buttons >move<. Is it possible to disable this? So that when i hover the computer mouse over the slide it will just be static and will not move?

Hi, one question left. When you visit a page you see a blue banner were the title of the pages becomes visible. However there is also a sub title below that title. If you visit the over ons page on my website (you know which website it is right?), then you will see what i mean. How can i delete this or modify this sub title?
Hi, this is an Excerpt of the page, jut delete it (look for Excerpt field under your page attributes, if it is not there, activate it in Screen Options)
Im sorry but i don’t know where to find this in your theme. Maybe it’s obvious for you but not for me. When i open a page and scroll down below the text field there is no excerpt option. And screen options? Where do i find something like that?

Hi, do you mean the text captions on Nivo or the slide at al. We have made Nivo responsive which means it changes its size automatical dependig on screen sizes, captions are hidden by default, cause they will be bad readable on small sizes

If you use Home Constructor, Title is automatically hidden. Check this:
- in Theme Options – Home Constructor checkbox “Activate Home Constructor” should be active - in Settings – Reading your homepage should be set as “Your latest blog post”
This is not wat I meant. When I add a content block ‘Page’ by the home constructor and selecte one page, then on the homepage the title of this page is being showed. Is it possible to hide this title?

How do I change the speed of the testimonials. I tried changing auto: {delay: 10000}, in js/testimonials.js, but that only changed the speed of the first testimonial. Once the first one cycles through, the rest go through at the regular quick speed.

Hello, I have updated the theme and can control the speed of the first testimonial by changing the template files & js. However after the first testimonial goes by, the rest are super quick (4 seconds) and changing the variables isn’t helping…

Hi, you can create two sets with two quickfinder items in each set and display them under each other.
Love the theme! My client wants to know if it’s possible to have the Quickfinder icons above the layerslider on the main page. I tried reordering it in the Home Constructor hoping that would do it. But apparently that does not control the order of appearance. Is there a way to accomplish this?
