Yes, of course. You must install and use a translate tool to translate all other text. The best tool and recommended by WooCommerce is Loco Translate plugin.

Please i dont want to translate the website i want it in french i am looking the header file to change it in code if the options of the theme do not permit it
Well, please don’t change in file layout. You can use Loco plugin to find and edit it. The text is in hook function not in layout.

ok let me again install it and i am sending you website link and admin credential and you plz also fix the missing content which is not installed during the above mentioned error. Missing content icon also not appears in menu area of wordpress.
even newsletter area field also disappears

I am not stupid and i read all document then installed and then this error occurred and for your info these are php.ini settings max_execution_time = 1000 max_input_time = 600 max_input_vars = 5000 max_input_time = 600 memory_limit = 512M post_max_size = 512M session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440

You should to know why all our customer can install it and only you can not. It not only theme reason in there, We must debug to see what is reason. Many cause can effect a request example: file permissions, .htacess request access …
