Thinking of purchasing this theme. But I have a question. Was it built on WPBakery? If not, what did you use? Thank you.
Hello, I updated wordpress to new version (5.5.3) and many of the template features stopped working.
I cannot edit any content with WP Bakery page builder and I cannot acces Concreate options.
I did not make any changes besides updating wordpress.
My support expired but I expect the template to be working with newest wordpress version, but right now, I cannot edit any pages/concreate options.
Can you help with that? Is the problem only on my website or does anyone have the same issues after updating wordpress?

The only answer I am getting is “We check your support is expired” I dont want any support. All I want is the theme to be working properly on a new wordpress version. Can you at least confirm that Concreate options and wpbakery is working on wordpress 5.5.3 and that the problem is somewhere else?

Hello, I have a question about the theme.
There is a category “Projects” that is used as a main product presentation. The URL that is an output has the word “projects” in it and that is what I need to change. I need to remove it, or at least tranlate it to my language.
Basically, I need this URL https://www.xxx.cz/projects/yyy/ to become https://www.xxx.cz/yyy/ or https://www.xxx.cz/sluzby/yyy/
Can you help me with that?

Pretty theme Before buy can you fix the pop menu issue, the drop down menu doesn’t working on mobile devices also when resize to device size.

But there is one more issue on the navigation, when click on the span drop (drop down arrow) which still navigating to main parent menu link.
I hope which can resolve by adding e.preventDefault(); js/on3step.js -> Line number 46
