Its been 3 days since anyone has responded to support questions on your forum regarding the configurator theme… Really would appreciate some feedback on some questions I’ve asked on the forums.

there is no support at all, it’s also not cleared up if all plugins are integrated so i bought also the configurator again …now i would like to have a refund but nobody is home…

I need help, I paid for the template and started to edit the page, after 1 day of setting up the template my page went all white, & no information will show… if I click another template it will load with no problem, but even load with the stock images from your template and even still load with the same layout, even thought its another template.. the customize page even shows up in other templates, but when I activate the template I purchased from you guys it does NOT load only an entirely all white site.. I need help & I can’t log into your innwitt.com site. how do I get the site to work??? what if I pay the $50 for video hive to install it? even though I followed the direction on installation & am familiar with Wordpress sites.. please help! thx in advance..

The Revolution Slider plugin is not working on mobile devices. The slider is enabled for mobile devices but for some reason when I view the website I get the KingComposer image where the slide should be. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Have there been any updates on the KC image carousel? It doesn’t seem to be working properly.

1. The configurator plugin on frontend resize the images a way too much. I assume thats done in the javascript code, how can i change that ?

2. View cart and Checkout button works not in all headers How to change that ?

3. Is there any conditional logic to hide layer A if layer B is selected ? ( Ive used other configurator plugins like VPC, before) pls explain how to handle this.

Hello i’ve got a pre-sale question: i need to build a dress woocommerce site and your theme seems really perfect for it. But i am in need to add some other selections at the end of the sequence (with no colors, but, for example, a measure selections for some size-parameters, just like a standard variable product: is it possible to add some other selection options that are not graphical and are not price-determinator: for example someone chooses colors and logos on the shirt (or pattern), then i need him to select some custom measures for arms and legs: can it be done even when using the customizer? Does it works with variations, or is it possible to add non graphical selectors? Thank you very much, your theme seems to rock guys!

Before i buy i have a few questions. I want to use your configurator for my carwrap business so people can change the apperance of their car etc. and know an immediate price, my questions:

- Is the Configurator resizable or wil it always be page filling? - Can I upload my own products? I have high res 3D images of cars, vans etc. that i want people to customize. - Is the text customizable? - I saw it worked on tablets, does ik also work on phones?

I really wanted to look through your forums but couldn’t without a product registrations, hence the questions here.
