i Bught the theme and works fine but I want to add the image of the designed customer product to the email of the order . ¿is that possible?
There seems to be a bug in the latest update. It now seems impossible to add more than one view of the product being sold. Upon uploading an image to the second view, this image replaces the image previously added to the first view. This leaves the image of the second view blank and the first view image is then wrong, obviously. Have sent video of bug to your email.
By the way: I have reinstalled the theme, deactivated KC, checked for conflicts by deactivating other plugins, cleared caches. Still same problem.

I can’t post on that forum. My support is elapsed. I haven’t renewed as I am very familiar with the product now after two years. This is not a question on how to use it, it’s a bug. Everything was working fine, I updated, it stopped working,

I just bought the theme, as you mentioned I am very interested, I started to change my previous thema, but it does not have the full version of elementor (pro), or how can I activate it, if it does not come with the full version I will not be able to have the site as before, you didn’t mention that
We told you that, theme support elementor. And yes, it is. As for as Elementor pro you have to brought it separately. Elementor pro doesn’t allow to include with any theme in the world.
I misunderstood, when I asked you for king composer (that if you delivered it full) I thought that with elementor or another buildr it would be the same, I don’t have pro elementor

I cant find the option for change the site logo. I haven’t the menu item “Theme Options” in “Appearance”.

1. Forum Access: Try again. If it’s not working please send the support forum “Username” detail.
2.For changing logo: you have to go to Appearance -> customize -> Site Identity. There are no “Theme Options” in this theme.

Yes, it included the theme. However, you will not get plugin automatic update and plugin support. We will update the theme with the latest plugin every time the plugin update releases.

How can we solve the max layers issue? Tried to register for the support forum, but I did not receive any confirmation email.
You can increase the max_input_vars = 20000 and post_max_size = 256M in php.ini and check it fixes the issue. If you are not aware of that, Please contact the hosting service provider, they ll do it for you.
