We are looking for a configurator like yours, but after seeing the demo we want to ask a pre-purchase question.

1.- We are not sure if we want to use your theme, but we are interested in the configurator and the panorama addon (we have seen your website). Can it be seamlessly integrated into any theme?

2.- We are interested in the panorama configurator but we see that there is no option where to indicate the technical characteristics of the product, this is necessary since the configurator is very good but the entire product has characteristics.

Option A: We have a pro popup plugin to create popups in the menu, for example we want to indicate a menu "technical characteristics" and that the client click and a pop up or light box appears with the characteristics. Is this possible? If we buy the theme, is it possible that they indicate us a code to be able to do it?

Option B: It is possible that the customer can see under the configurator the technical characteristics of the product, we see that it is fixed and it is not possible to scroll

Another option that we see on your website are shortcodes. Can this be implemented in the product description or any page or entry to configure a configurator?

Hi there, your plugin looks great and the features look amazing. I do have a few questions however before I purchase:

1. Does it support a ‘Send to Us’ button where an email detailing the configuration can be sent to the owner of the business? I do see the share feature, but I am hoping for something that’s more directed to interaction with the owner of the site. 2. Does it have to have WooCommerce to work? I am looking to use it for a Wordpress site without E-commerce plugins.

Hello. Asking this question on your support and chat but not getting response so I am asking here.

I purchased theme bundled with plugin and addon but I just want to use plugin and addon without your theme as I already have a live website and I just want to incorporate the plugin and add on only. How can I do so ?

I’m quite bored to loose time trying to solve the problems in this theme. Authors seem to ignore the messages in this page and I really don’t know how to go on.

Main issues: 1) The activation key seems not to work in the WP backend. 2) The activation key seems not to work in the author’s support forum, so I can’t see posts or submit one 3) In my Wordpress Dashboard there’s no Theme Options panel 4) In the Themeforest description page you can see that this theme is WP5.5.x compatible but somewhere else you can read that this is not true…

Any of the author thinks is a good idea try to answer?

Our Product Thumbnails within the cart get distorted (see recording/screenshots), now we have to launch the project tomorrow with a broken cartpage.

Please rollout a update asap or send us a file which we can replace that solves this function breaking bug (either let us set a fallback thumbnail that doesn’t get generated from the configurator or fix the problem).

Thank you in advance ad we will include the response time in our review too.

Hi, it seems that after the recent update the Configurator does not work anymore and your support forum doesn’t let me add or read any forum posts though I have obviously provided my license code. I will give you back a 5 star rating unless you fix this issue.

The theme become very buggy in WP 5.5. Configurator Theme Core and king compser won’t work together. I need to deactivate Configurator Theme Core plugin , if won’t to change content. If I have Configurator Theme Core plugin active. Can someone looking into it.

Also is impossible to importing demo assets. It will cause all kind if server error. I change all the php.in configuration following the help file. I still get the time out error. So far the experience is frustration more than enjoyment. I am not sure this is the right plugin to handle the job.

The tutorial video has no audio explain how the configuration work. Community Forums has no post question button. (maybe hidden somewhere, after spending 15 mins, still no clues where is the help button)

Purchase Code doesnt work to activate the licence, demo improt is totally broken and a bunch of images are missing, cant figure out after 30 minutes where to replace them, slider revolution doesnt get utilized, just installed my fully licensed version and integrated it into the header section.
