I love this theme and others by you guys, but my media module update crashes the site. do you have a template with a media module up to date. I would like to try Nuvo as well but it has the same issue.
Do you check your message board? I would like to buy more templates from you… Do you have a fully updated template?
For those who cares, and since the support by CMS Superheroes is damn poor and since there’s no knowledge base, forum or any other contributive solution platform, please find here a fix for the issue with background image in superhero block settings :
Symptom : - when editing a block, you open superhero settings dropdown panel, - you select a background image in your media library and no background image is displayed - you edit your block again : no image is showing at all in superhero settings. - when browsing your database, table superhero_block, the block_image column value for your block is 1
To fix it : Open sites/all/modules/superhero_framework/superhero_block/superhero_block.module inside superhero_block_form_alter() function, find (line 117) :
$form‘superhero_settings’[‘back_image’] = array( ... )
in this media field definition array, just add :
’#extended’ => TRUE,
- save your file - refresh your form - try it - enjoy
I purchased extended support but am not able to create a ticket in the support center. It keeps saying the code is for the wrong product but it’s now.

I have been very disappointed with CMSSuperHeroes’ customer service. My project is now more than a month behind because they have not responded to comments made through the support system on their website.

CMSSuperHeroes isn’t responding to the author account. That’s why I have to come here and use my Envato account.
That question was posted 105 days ago with no response. Apparently, their queue of issues is that long. That doesn’t speak well to the quality of products. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing CMSSuperHeroes’ themes due to lack of support.
Problem with content folder In “Demo/sites/default/files” the fifty percent of the images are gray, I can not see anymore, only a gray background.

The text format on the Superhero Portfolio content type is not working. I tried all the ways possible: Full HTML, Switch to plain text editor, etc. It doesn’t apply any styles… and it seems to happen only on this content type, the others are fine.

please type the following code in form for the text-area field.
’#type’ => ‘text_format’
Then the ckeditor was displayed inside the textarea with the default ‘Text format’ selected(using ‘full html’). hope this helps.

Theme is good however the support seems quite poor. I’ve been waiting 10 days for one of my issues to be answered on the forum and the support email just responds with a “we’re busy, try the forum” message.
So I’ll post my issues here and hopefully I can get a response.
So for the shortcodes you cannot have multiple carousels on one page, any additional carousels after the first one will only act as second slide controllers for the first one.
I’m also having trouble editing the contact page, the contact form appears to be hardcoded somewhere. I can’t find a block, view or context that changes the form details (i.e the placeholder text for the email form on contact us holds cms superheroes email) changing the site details email address doesn’t change this and I can’t seem to find a way to change this.
The theme really is fantastic but I’m having a hard time using some of the features and the support is really slow and don’t seem to try very hard to help.
Please can I get some assistance?

The first, We are sorry when hear it from you. we have solution for your problem. The contact form is using default contact module of Drupal core. So we can not modify the element. You can install webform module to create new contact form easy.

Hello again. As time flies by… just re-visiting and investigating some Drupal themes from my bookmark collections. I noticed there is only 1 release and update in April 2014 for Consilium. Is this a good or bad sign?

Your Consilium demo install does not work. It seems as though something is breaking clean_urls even though clean_urls is enabled. The home page works (except for missing imgs) but every other url on the site comes up as 404. To login, /user does not work, but, the non cleanurl version of /?q=user does work.
nope, my bad.. server setup issue.
Mega-slider – would be very nice feature to be able to disable a slide.

I’ve sent you a email, but I think you are missunderstanding me on a few points;
- It’s a drupal theme - I don’t have access to the FTP (so no info for that) - I want to be able to install it all without having FTP access

with speed up site, We recommend to you clean up the content of your site, config theme, modules etc.
1. Clean up content, database : images, content, data hidden… 40% speed up site
2. clean up config : in plugin, theme options, pages options.. 20% speed up site
3. clean up code: plugin, modules, and theme style : 20%
4. Update theme, plugin , use 3rd plugin support: 15%
5. other else 5%.
Note: Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:
max_execution_time 60 memory_limit 128M post_max_size 32M upload_max_filesize 32M
And don’t forget always update theme and extensions.

Hello, We have bought Drupal Consilium theme and I have found an issue with the Superhero Dropdown menu. On iOS 8.3, sometimes menu is not clickable. Load ‘http://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/?sid=1262#drupal_consilium' on Safari browser -> Click on ShortCodes -> Icons. Now try clicking the menu. It does not expand. It is not specific to the Icons page. It is reproducible sometimes with the inner pages of the demo site. Please help.
