Problem in my theme, Shortcodes are not working in the whole site.
I am not able to edit the page via Wp Bakery page builder. I have tested wp bakery plugin with the default wordpress themes and its working . but the when i select construction theme wp bakery not working . so there may be something with the theme .. as shortcode’s are not working , not able to edit the page via Wp Bakery. I don’t expect this to happen when I purchase a product, please assist.

You will need to manually update anps theme plugin and theme. Download all files bundle from from your account downloads page, then unzip files for theme and plugin and upload on your server. Or you can just reinstall theme and plugin from your dashboard.

You need to update the anps_theme_plugin manually, and it will work. The correct version of the plugin is 1.2.6. We can do this for you, but you will need to extend support.

The theme just got an update.
Changes: - added support for WordPress 6.2.x - added support for WooCommerce 7.8.0 - added support for PHP 8.0 - optimized CSS and JavaScript - Small bugs fixed Files: Most of the files in the theme have changed.

Great design, flexible and easy to manage with WPBakery. Although this theme seems to have a bug that open to many requests to the server and does not close them making the site fail constantly. I hope Devs solve this issue soon. Be aware.

You can use a plugin to export and import the whole website. You can check even for free plugins on the WordPress directory.
Please just note that by Envato rules, you will need for each domain a new license.

I can install and deinstall it as many times you want but can’t use any module or template without valid LICENCE KEY. It is explained where is located (in download folder of the theme), but it is INVALID.
Extended licence is not working there and we are not allowed to share it with customers by Envato rules.

Yes, extended licence which we can provide as authors are working such way. Please note that we don’t have control over licence terms, it is controlled by Envato.

I’ve been using this theme successfully for a couple of years now. Suddenly I am unable to edit Rev Slider. I get an Internal Server Error every time I try to edit it by clicking on ‘Slider Revolution’ from the menu. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Anyone here can use WP Bakery Front End editor? It never works for me, just a page with all faded elements, only back end editor works. Also if I replace a default icon next to a title with any other one in the provided list, nothing will appear but a blank space

I installed the theme, but I am getting installation errors, I uninstalled it, I installed other themes I have, no problem. It works. I guess the theme hasn’t been tested enough. I sent you a support ticket
My recommendation is: full of errors, installation problematic, support: too late. definitely do not buy and waste your time and money

Anps widgets are missing in new version! I’ve tested on a clean Wordpress 5.5.3 and 5.6 without other plugins. There is something wrong, probably with Anps Theme Plugin?
In Debug-Mode one time “wrong header” by activating Anps Theme Plugin and everytime on /plugins/js_composer/include/classes/updaters/class-vc-updating-manager.php on line 99 (WPBakery Page Builder or Visual Composer Website Builder)

Workaround: deactivate/delete WPBakery and Anps Theme Plugin, then go to Design an reinstall the plugins over the air – on Anps server is an older version than the themeforest file, thats works for me now in the footer again, all widgets are back! http://astudio.si/preview/plugins/construction/Hi. The problems with the widgets are now fixed in v1.4 but new bugs are here… old portfolio items working, but after saving the “project info table” is clear… and no “portfolio subtitle” – it is missing.
And a curious problem with the icons from font awesome 4.5 now, because many icons won’t displayed?!
Hi, yes of course you can customize the top bar however you want. You can add various widgets in the left and right top bar.

Is that not part of the theme zip when I update? Do I need to update that plugin first then, because the site is literally unusable to update the plugin after I update the theme?
So I updated the plugin first and then the theme. My site is working, but all of the ANPS Widgets are missing, they’re just not an option on my widget page now?

Hi, we will recheck this, however usually this results in a conflict with some plugin.
As it is we have very minimal plugins on the website (only 10 total, all very well known popular plugins like akismet, yoast, gravity forms, wpbakery, slider revolution and a few others), but I did turn them all off, expect for ANPS Theme Plugin, and nothing changed so it does not seem to be a plugin incompatibility.
I did manage to use a web archive and literally copy and paste the widget from the archive and it actually worked. When I copied it off the page it managed to pull the class id so I mostly have it put back, but there are still a few things missing or different than how it was before.
Please let me know if you have any other information about what could be happening.
