We recommend you to edit the code manually in text editor like Notepad++ (on Windows) or TextMate (on Mac). If you need to edit with editor then you can try Dreamweaver.

What’s the best way to make this template responsive with an older version? We have done a little bit of CSS customisation to it over time, and every time I try to make it responsive – everything goes out of whack? Is there a chance you could assist with this? The easiest and most recommended way in this case would be to update to the latest responsive version and then recreate the custom changes you have made, but on the latest version.

I just purchased the Converting Landing Page Theme from you yesterday. When I went to upload the them to Wordpress, I got the following error message:

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.

I need you to sort this out ASAP as I need to get the website sorted to start my campaign.
Can you fix this and send an updated Zip File containing all of the documentation including the missing CSS Style Sheet ASAP?

It seems like you bought just HTML Website template, not WordPress theme, so that’s the reason you can’t activate it on WordPress.

You might also consider using the HTML template, you could edit in WYSWIG mode for example in Dreamweaver or Kompozer and just upload on your server via FTP, but if your website is done in WP version then you should rather use WP for that (it’s much easier to maintain the webiste without much technical knowledge). We are going to release WP version soon. If you need WordPress version with the landing page you might be interested in MultiPurpose WordPress theme.

The simpliest way would be if you could create subdomain inside your domain, for example landing.example.com and then you could simply upload your html website inside that subdomain.

Thanks for your prompt reply, The most wanted features for me are “Get a Quote” form on top of the page and on the either side of that having a pic/video to promote the company. Also, if you could have a section which I can explain the steps that would be great. Thanks for your hard work.

We checked it on many popular mobile devices and responsive mode works fine. We checked also on all (25) mobile devices on http://www.browserstack.com . The design is fully responsive.

I see layer “cnt bg” in PSD, I try to do some changes with this, save in jpeg file wich named “cnt bg” in …/images, and in the end all of this in my site looks not good..) Concerning the image width, it depends on if you want to support wider resolutions like 1920px then image width should be even 1920px and best if it’s wider, so that it looks good also in responsive.

On this page https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-box-for-pages you can easily generate the code for your fanpage and past it into template. Please put width 960 and height 290 uncheck “Show Border”, click “Get code” and then click on tab IFRAME to get the right code.

I need 3 rows for the jcarousellite. Can you please help me? I looked online, however it appears this has been edited. Thanks!
I forgot to mention…I would also like to choose how many to forward through…for instance, it currently shows 5 at a time. I would like to show 15 (3 rows of 5) and when you click the arrow, it would go to the next 15.

If you want to put 3 rows then you need to prepare images which will fit, now size of images (170px x 62px) is prepared to show 5 images and we recommend this solution. After images are done with proper size then you need to change the 175 value in js/index.js to the proper value according to your image size. Instead of making two rows, we recommend you to prepare images which will included two logos in one images (that’s more easy solution to implement).
