Hello, as per our email conversation, the demo content is importing successfully, but images are not importing due to hosting restrictions.

We’re getting this error:

Failed to import Media “logo”: 403 Forbidden

This means your hosting server is blocking media downloads from the demo server. We tested the theme on other hosting providers, and it works fine.

Please contact your hosting support and ask them to allow outbound requests and media downloads during demo import.

Let us know once it’s done, and we’ll recheck.

Hello, we have already replied, those icons are set as SVG and you need to change them from the Main CSS file, wp-content/themes/copic/assets/css/main.css
