we couldnt figure out how to add images on slider? and how to show the slider on page as well
You need to go to Appearance -> Customize -> Featured Content. There you will see Image Carousel.
If you mean Post slider. You need to select “Gallery” option in Post Format. Then in the bottom of the editor you will see “Gallery”.
Theme does not have option to slow the slider.

Yes, RTL languages are supported. You can check it by adding ?d=rtl to the end of the url.
