The builder doesn’t seem to work. I have used it to create a page exactly as I need it to be, and it looks great in the builder. But after exporting the built site to my staging server, it is clearly broken. It seems as if some CSS or boostrap files are missing.

Its not bug or not error. The builder worked like this. After export your site (website.zip) unzip it,
then go creativ/default/ folder and copy paste style.css file and paste to /website/ folder.

you only have the upper bar in headers
Oh my friend, its unique style and its not added to the builder.
Please check creativ/leftside/ folder for this template I’ve attached. Its not included to the builder because the builder working with default template styles, images, javascript files etc.
