Hi, I created a website with the proposed styles, I changed the logo and immagii accordance with size, I saved and exported the jobs, uploaded to FTP visualzzare I went to work and I noticed that the layout is not respected as the selected blocks , what am I doing wrong?

Hi, I bought your theme HTML creativ . When I try to build a new page , I can’t save it. If I update the browser page , all changes are reset . Also, if I export my work , it is possible to later change it again with the page builder ? If the “save ” button does not work it is impossible to work . The theme Creativ Html with Page builder does not work. I strongly advise against buying this theme. And above all, technical support is awful.
They are four days that I expect an answer.
