Please update “crocal/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php” version 9.5.0 to the current core version 9.8.0. This will make it compatible with WooCommerce 9.8+.

Hi.
I have purchased several licenses of Crocal, I like the design and the backend. In one of these installations I used catalog mode, in the last weeks I have been developing ecommerce on a staging area. Now the ecommerce has gone online, on the same domain as the previous one, and I wanted to install the same purchase code but it doesn’t work. I followed the registration guide but nothing, I get error. I tried to open a ticket but the support has expired and it is not possible to send requests.
Does anyone have a way to fix it? Do I have to purchase a second license for the same installation?

Hello, thanks for your message. I followed the article, but when I filled the license key I get the error: [...]Unable to connect to ssl://hub.euthemians.com:443 (Unknown error)
Actually the problem is to reset the same license on the same website / domain, once the changes made in staging have been put online.
I have seen other posts about this problem and no solution. I really appreciate the work you have done in your themes and also the support you provide, please let me know if a new license/support is needed to solve this issue, I will proceed to purchase it.

I don’t see a way for the background video to appear in full screen (it’s a self-hosted mp4). Previously I put it as Youtube, it came out in full screen but… it was not displayed on mobile devices :cry: . Is there a way to make it appear full screen and also on mobile devices correctly?

I read this manual and it didn’t help. I registered, logged in to manage licenses and there is a purchase code there. It is indicated that the topic is inactive, but when I try to register a license according to the instructions, it gives an error.

When clicking on “Load more” on the portfolio page, nothing happens. When switching the “Display Type” to “Pagination” or “Infinite Scroll” it’s the same it does not work. With the “Pagination” option the /page/2/ url says “404 not found”. I saved the permalinks and tried to deactivate third part plugins, but the problem is not solved.
Any thoughts?

As I can see on the comments section, there are other users complaining about the same problem. As you can see it’s a bit unfair to ask me to pay for support when it’s not something that was there in the first place and secondly it’s not a customisation.

Update: I found the theme’s bug.
The load more works ONLY when you set permalinks to “simple”. But this option is not applicable to my website (i dont want to have urls like ?page_id=205). So, maybe now you can recommend me a solution?

Since I updated to the latest version the following issues have occurred.
1. I am not able to edit colours through the customiser as the published button is greyed out which will not allow me to update.
2. The Crocal theme options page is incredibly slow since I updated with the latest update. It takes a minute or more for all options to be displayed.
I have so far tested with every plug-in disabled individually and the above issues are still not resolved.
I would appreciate this being rectified as we are currently upgrading the site.
Finally there is a WP-Bakery update 7.3 if you could provide not sure if that will assist these issues.

We have checked Customize and Theme Options, which work correctly on our end. Since you have already turned off your third-party plugins, please check your server settings by visiting this article. Have you migrated your website to a different hosting environment?
We will include the latest WPBakery page builder in the next theme release, but this may be related to something other than the issues you are experiencing.

Server settings are all confirmed but the WP customizer still is not enabled??

I needed to change the wordpress setting for the number of shown articles from 10 to a higher number, so that at least all available articles could be shown – and that works! I think this is a bug!?

That error indicates that the theme is using the same function name twice on the same file.
The GiveWP form iframe itself loads fine when I swtich to default theme.
Any tips on how I can resolve this?

Hi, quick question. The image gallery with the Filter. When i display multiple categories, why is it not loading all the related items when i click form the second button? I see 4 items loading and when i scroll down, it start to load all the other items that are not related to that specific category.
