WPBakery 5.7 is available with Croma 3.4.10. We will release a new theme version this week with WPBakery 6.0.2.

No, and there is a reason for this: The new version of WPBakery is full of bugs. Everybody is complaining against WPBakery. We are waiting for them to fix their plugin so we can update it. The update is also very minor with not much new additions… have you check their change log on their page?

We will release WPBakery new version soon as possible. For now we cant guarantee wpbakery 6.0.3 works fine with FWRD.

Pre-Purchase Question
I love your Phoenix demo and would love to buy the theme instantly but I had a few questions before I make this purchase.
1) I want to add the artist name, genre, release date and a description about an album on each album page. Is this possible?
2) On the homepage in the phoenix there is a section labeled Phoenix Latest Album is that updated automatically when I post a new album?If not is there any way in which this can be done?

Thanks for your interest, 1) You can add description and release date..but for artist name and genre , it would require some customization.
2) the album there is not updated automatically. Its because we want to give you absolutely full control of the homepage.

Broken Themes The following themes are installed but incomplete.
Name Description SoundWave Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Hi! I updated the theme but have problems with updating Essential Grid plugin. I exported the grids and skins before deleting and installing the plugin but while I tried to import the grids I get “Ajax error”. What should I do?
I have used many different themes but with Croma the updating is always such a pain since you have to delete the plugins.

Hi! I got this sorted, it was some memory problem with hosting provider.
But another issue has come up after the update. Before I had three columns in my footer, now it’s only one column and all the three widgets are displayed in full width one below another. It looks awful. Any idea what is going on?
Hi Osterti, It is hard to understand the issue if I can see it. Please provide your url. My first guest is the three columns was made with custom code in the theme core and the theme update have removed your customization.

Hi! Here is the url: https://tessavirta.net/en/ As you can see, the gigs, Facebook feed and Instagram feed are below each other in the footer. Before they were neatly in 3 columns side by side. It wasn’t done with custom code.
Please go to wp-admin>croma>custom css/js And add this code in the custom css field:
.footer__widgets .widget { float: left; width: 31%; }

Hi, my license on WP backery expired, I have to pay to hget a full license. If I purchase Croma license again, do it includes the wpbackery license too? Or I will have to get it too?

WPBakery is bundle with croma. You dont have your own license but you dont need it. The Wpbakery update is bundle with our theme update. We have released this week a new Croma version with WPbakery 5.7.

The best way to get started with our theme is to import the demo. Install the theme and its required plugins, then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install and you will see there all the demos available. Choose your favorite. Then you will only have to change the images, texts and color by your own assets.
Take note that when you import the demo, this completely swipe your actual content by the demo’s one but it’s often the best way to get started with your new design. We have setup a complete documentation guide on How to install a demo here: https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12229

I have a new problem with the theme. The Videos, Discography and Events pages only charge when click 2 times on the menu. At the first time the page doesn´t charge, it shows the menu and a white background, only when click it again, the page charge normally.

Which demo have you imported? Do you have a aritst page sample? Because the easy way to deal with our template is to replace elements from the original demo.
