To remove the blur effect, go to wp-admin > Slider Revolution Edit the slider Select the “On scroll” tab In the “Scroll based features” section, click on the “Effects” tab And disable the blur effect.

The entire image is blurred, even when not scrolling. This only happened when I updated theme. Can you give me a fix for this? I tried submitting a ticket but my support has expired and it will not let me submit ticket.

I already gave you the instructions to remove the blur effect. There is really nothing in the latest theme update that could have caused this issue. It is more likely that the update of Revolution Slider is responsible for the change.
Unfortunately, I cannot help you further if you don’t open a support ticket. That’s what the support renewal is for. If you don’t want to renew support with us or with Slider Revolution, you can find many free resources available to help you. You can also ask for help in forums or from an AI such as ChatGPT.

Hello, The user can start the player. Once the sticky player appears, it cannot be disabled by the user. It can, of course, be paused, And the interface can be hidden/minimized.

Hello we have purchased your theme. In the last upade the wp bakery remained to version 7.5 .
We are facing the bellow problem When we edit an event in the backend wp bakery it doesnt let us change the featured image. We have disabled one one of the plugins , and realized when we disabled wp bakerry it let us changr the featured image.
Will there be an update of the wp bakery? Is it possible to revert to a previous version of the plugin?

We have also purchased a key for essential grid and updated to 3.1.6 From your changelog we have seen that the theme supports until version 3.1.5 . So how can i downgrade to 3.1.5 without losing the grids? Will you support in the future essential grid 3.1.6? thanks

Hi, is the latest version of CROMA compatible with PHP 8.2? Still on PHP 7.4 and wanting to update, but want to make sure the transition is smooth and the theme will work on PHP 8.2. Anything to consider when transitioning to 8.2? Love the theme and have been using it for several years now. Through the years I’ve customized a lot of it. It looks great, works great. Thanks!!

Yes, Croma is compatible with PHP 8.2. Before upgrading to PHP 8.2, make sure all your plugins are updated. I also recommend disabling all plugins and reactivating them one by one after changing the PHP version. This way, you can identify if any plugin is causing issues. It’s also advisable to create a backup before proceeding with the update.

I suspect that you edited the shop page with the WPBakery editor. Edit your page, go to the Gutenberg editor, Remove all WPBakery shortcodes, And save it.
When the page is saved with the WPBakery editor, the boxed template is removed to allow WPBakery elements to be full-width.

Unfortunately, the Croma player cannot stream audio from an Icecast server. The Sonaar.io MP3 player plugin can do this, but I don’t believe it’s compatible with our theme.

(bought this 6 months ago and support for this theme not supporting WPbakery updates have made this theme dead. Anyone buying this theme will run into this issue and this theme will NOT work. So unfortunately, I am providing a negative review until the author resolves these issues.
Love this theme however I ran into 2 serious blockers:
BLOCKER 1: I bought this theme 6 months ago. There is an update for WP Bakery however it mandates me to purchase this. It should have come free with this theme. It will not allow me to update on my site until I pay for a license. BLOCKER 2: Cache seems to be a problem recently. It is NOT a browser issue as I have already checked on other devices. I see the changes only on my browser (where I update the content as an admin) but not on my friend’s or wifes or children’s devices. No changes on their end. So I reverted to update my plugins where BLOCKER 1 happened. Can you help solve these without getting too technical?

Please note that despite you provide the zip with WPBakery 7.5 you should upgrade version requirement in tgmpa class to force user to update!

Considering purchasing Croma to replace an unsupported music theme – Sura (argh!). If I just load and activate Croma, would it be able to recognize the existing elements (artists, songs, albums, etc.) and put them in place or ?
