Hello, am going to purchase this template. Before I just need to know if it is a complete custom package of Joomla 3 or if the package has all the components and modules to install on a Joomla 3 installation. I need also to know if maybe hiding a module, the section will be hide (for example i do not need “Team section”).

Hi, I have purchased your Cubic theme and am having trouble with the proloader (preloaderJS) returning 403 forbidden for some assets on a production server. I contacted my host to ensure permissions were accurate…check. Have you experienced this before? Can you help me with a work around or have any ideas? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I noticed I the new version the parallax sections don’t render proper on iPads. Is there a fix for this? The image looks like it as displaying far too big for the parallax window and is scaled up far too large to see whst the image is. Is there a way to get the image to just be fixed inside the parallax window to prevent this?

I see there is an update out but the problem with the parallax sections still remains on an iPad, is there any way to disable the parallax on mobile devices and chose a no parallax image to use just for mobile but then have the parallax active on desktop only? This may solve the problem. I can send you screen shots if you need to see better what I am referring to.

Hi, i have fixes for this by replacing style.css file. Your background wouldn’t blurry on iPhone but if your content is longer than the background it will repeated. So the solution you can make your background image higher. You can send message through my profile to get latest ‘style.css’.

Hi, can you tell me how to control how many testimonials appear at once? I have a site that looks good on computer, the testimonials show up one at a time. But on iPad the testimonials are in 4 columns. I would like only one to display at a time.

Yes it possible to make testimonial only one to display at a time by alter some code. You can open file js/designesia.js then find code below (line 306 – 309) :

Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to hide the menu on the home/landing page so it is just a page with an image and the button that allows the viewer to enter the site and then the menu appear in the sticky nav at top once they are in the site.

I tried to change the testimonials from 3 to 1 and it works fine on a desktop, but when the site is viewed on an ipad it still reverts to 4 columns. Is there a separate section for the different media breaks?

I purchased the more expensive multi-page version of these theme, but you have since deleted it and it seems as though you are no longer responding to any support. I have two problems:
1) the background cover images on the mobile IOS version are way too big, and don’t scale down nicely at all. What can I do to fix this in the CSS? Did no-one else have this same problem? Seems strange.
2) The menu links, when clicked, don’t arrive exactly at the right place, and always go a bit too far down the page.
Can you please help me with these issues?

Regarding #2, this is maybe because the mobile menu does not close when you click on a link, instead it stays open. How can i get the menu to close once a user clicks on a section link in the mobiel menu?
I have now purchased this $14 theme, and the navigation menu on mobile does not work the same way that your demo does. Your demo site nav menu links scroll to the correct section on the page, but when i download and install the theme, along with all the demo content, the scrolling is not working correctly.
This is driving me crazy 
Could someone please help me with this? I would be very grateful. It’s so disappointing as i have spent many hours on this theme, and the fact that the mobile menu is glitchy looks very unprofessional
