Hi there, couple of problems, wonder if you can help? The contact form appears to be working, however, when I submit the form I get the sent message on a blank screen, I notice this happens on the demo as well. Secondly, My video plays automatically in Chrome but will not play in IE, any advice would be appreciated. These issues are not covered in your documentation.

It’s weird, i have check on multi os and device. I have no issue like you said. Can you send information regarding os dan device did you use?
Safari Version 6.1.6, Firefox 32.0.3. Demo version too. This only happens when the window is full screen, if I diminish its size, the contact form reappears. Thx
PS: another weird thing happens in Safari. When I reload the page, a blank page appears.In Firefox, it is fine! Thx.

Hi, I’m interested in purchasing this template and in reviewing the online demo, I noticed the Parallex sections don’t render properly on an iPad. The image is repeating top to bottom so as I scroll I see the image ending and then starting again in the background. Is there a fix for this?

I viewed the demo on a desktop as well and the Parallax areas are repeating vertically as well. Can this be corrected?
Hi, seems desktop and ipad has different render method. I will fix it to make parallax work better on ipad soon.

All background information used on section within file ‘custom-style.css’. For background color ‘view-all-projects’ you can change background value for id name ‘view-all-projects’.

Thanks for your purchasing. I don’t see any issue on your website. If you meant is blank image with number on middle, these images is replacement from images on preview. You can replace these with your own images.

Hello I just purchased your template and the project detail on the portfolio is not working, data-value=”project-details.html” and I cant find information about it on documentation
Hi, you find file ‘project-details’ on template folder. You can copy project-detail file and insert your portfolio detail there then change data-value for related portfolio item.

I bought it and I can not install it, don’t know why. It says: Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-7650531-cubic-one-page-responsive-html-template.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.

Hi Just purchased this theme, however I am having some issues with the installation. I am getting the following message: “The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template. Name: Cubic HTML/css Description: Template is missing”.
I have checked and the “style.css” is in the folder so I am at a slight loss as to what is occurring.
Please help!
