Hi, support is provided on our forums by our dedicated support staff, are you getting any error in any phase? Here are the basic instructions for creating a new topic on our forums;
1-) First create an account here if you haven't' created already;

2-) Then navigate to your theme/template forum ;
http://www.pixelwars.org/forums/
3-) Scroll to the bottom of the forum page and "Enter your purchase code" then click the "Verify" button, after that, you will be able to post new topics in that forum.

This theme is not work this money. we have to manually create the layout using shortcodes, you will have to spend more time that other themes. and you will have to wait atleast a day or 2 for getting support answers.
After a few weeks with the new update the templated works well again!

There customer support is terrible. Importing their demo doesn't work so I contacted them. They told me to ask it on the forums. I did and now it's a week later and still don't have a reply. I also contacted them by mail again a few days ago but ofcourse no reply.

The Template is very fast and easy to work even for those who are not very familiar with WordPress.

It keeps constantly crashing. Just look at the twitter widget, they have to fix it again and again each 2 months, as you are waiting for support answers for more than week.

Hi, it is because twitter frequently changes its api :( we have already fixed the issue with the latest version, you can update your theme now.

I had a great expectation before I bought this theme for my personal website, but after installing it I have faced many difficulties for setting up my site. Very complicated, theme setup is not user friendly at the age of visual editors. Totally useless for me. I want refund, how I can get the refund for this?
