2) That is the requirement from the design partner with us. You can add it yourself in .html files (home_v3.html) and style it in .css files (style.css)

You can combine the section of the homepage together.
You can mix navigation ver3 and slideshow ver 2. But leave it at your disposal, perhaps you need to edit a little style for it.
