I just tested again, it seems to be the issue on all the panels where the menus extend the view range (except for the Invest Panel, which seems to not have that issue). The last item is hidden but can be scrolled down to when you scroll on the right side of the menu (beside it) but wont show if you are scrolling on the menu itself.

Yea, files are same. Licenses are matter for use purposes. Always one purchase allows you to use only one website/application.

For SaaS models requires extended license so you can get that before going live. For now regular is fine.

Well, You need change it from scss code and after change code must compile.

If you want to change only on desktop version then code found in line 666 to 670 (you can apply both bg and color here), but if you want to change mobile too then you need to do it from line 529 to 531.

All the code in /src/scss/core/layouts/_menu-main.scss file.
