It is really annoying that I am trying hard to get support and I paid for the support extension and still haven’t gotten it. At the beginning you requested from me to pay for the support to get you fix a bug in your theme. Now I paid but still no one helped me and solved the issue. I also tried hard with video recording and with step by step description so you can reproduce the issue and still nothing you could do. You put the tag that you are online in your tickets view but this online support is unreachable and unapproachable. Tell me what is the value that I gain from reading the tag that your support team is online if you do not allow me to realize it?

But our support team has been waiting since from 4 day to solve your issue through remote access, but you are not providing any clarity on remote access, and now coming to your issue, our tech team has already reviewed your issue in multiple systems and found that there is no issue with the original template in our systems, as we already shared a video recording with you on our support system. even though we are ready to support you on the issue that you are facing only if you provide the remote access.
If we need to fix your issue, we will need to debug on your system, and then we can get some clarity on your issue. Moreover, our support team is busy with support tickets because the flow of tickets is much higher than usual, but we are responding within our response time, even though we are trying to give responses as soon as possible, i.e., during our working business hours. Showing up online doesn’t mean that our support team is free, it’s just information about our support hours.

Here, money doesn’t matter to us what matters are the customers and their satisfaction with our products. Hello Samir, Thank you for your understanding. Our tech team struggling for your support issue. They are waiting for remote access. Because they wanted to debug your desk our demo template. Because ourside not showing any errors. I suggest you can stay front of the desk what they are doing. We are also company not a person. Don’t worry about your privacy.
I hope they will takes limited time for this bug. they are thinking minior issue but not exactly confirmed without debug . We have not received any issue like this previously so we don’t have idea what happened your side.
Please can you stay with our tech team will happy to helping you. We do’t like to make struggling our customers but there is no alternatives for debug ourside.
In case issue showing ourside they will easily fix this problem.
