SO if i purchase the theme and while start editing the template I need to give the license code. but I want to develop the theme in a subdomain . after that I will migrate the website into main domain. So if I want to edit in the main domain, do I need to purchase the license twice?
No. You will need only single license.
And what about the Slider Revolution and Elementor license keys?

I love the theme, but can I add the menu without using WooCommerce?
Currently, theme is being compatible with the Woocommerce but you can disabled the menu items.
