It should be noted, from a StampReady POV, that the supplied theme works fine as long as you don’t (a) use StampReady Editor to amend the raw code or (b) want to export the email as an HTML file… because, in either situation StampReady will automatically delete all the comment tagged code, meaning that the Microsoft Outlook specific code will be lost. This is not the fault of the theme creators, but still should be known.
Stampready is the 3rd party email builder and have limited access on it from our end. Stampready shouldn’t read or delete the mso code automatically while customizing the template on design mode. if necessary, we can edit the mso code in stampready using Edit code mode. If there is deletion of mso code automatically while using stampready builder, then we can contact the stampready support team with that scenario.
Hiya, we fully understand that StampReady is made by other people and not your product. Thus we equally know that this means it’s not Evethemes fault. You’re more than welcome to contact StampReady support – I’ve sent off an email yesterday and haven’t (as yet) heard anything back.

Still nothing from the StampReady people… 
But i think I’m on a “workaround”, where the MSO tags aren’t just “[if mso]” but instead “[if gte mso 9]” and then it seems that StampReady no longer auto-deletes the tags.
Once you done the template customization, Please send us your customize the template to us, we will update the mso code for you and guide you for future purpose.
Hi, with all that’s going on in the world, there’s been a degree of unavoidable disruption to the schedule of this email newsletter. It’s content is still being worked upon. I know that you guys are not StampReady and I know that you don’t have any iron-clad affiliation to them – but I will just mention that after sending out that email request for support on the 23rd, we’ve heard absolutely nothing back from the StampReady people.

Hi, I notice that when using the StampReady HTML file inside of StampReady, the thumbnail images for the themes different “sections” don’t show. They’re broken links. I did manage to figure out the actual URL string and amended a copy of the HTML so that those thumbnails were found… but it would have been nice if they’d worked first time.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Now we have loaded the thumbnails for 680 width. Recently we done the server migration, it might be issue. Thank you very much for your notice and fixed now.
