Can we move the left tab(call us, text us, collapse) into bottom of the page, and make it fixed?

Just bought the script, after upload it to the internet, I open it using my 3gs, after click the top left button, the leftbar will slide, however, I still can drag the body part of the content and the fixed heder not follow slide together. Can you fixed this problem?

This is what I mean:-

db.tt/ft6ezuMX

That right side can slide to the left like there is no wall/div

That is an issue with all mobile devices ( at least Apple ones ) the do not allow locking the overflow on X axis! It’s present on all templates.

Quick question. I love the template and want to buy it for a project I am collaborating on with a buddy. However, my buddy (the web dev guru, I’m a novice) needs it to work as a wordpress theme because we are leveraging wordpress as a CMS basically.

I’ve seen tutorials online on how to convert an HTML template into a wordpress theme, but not sure if it will retain all functionality and the jquery animation after conversion. Can you advise? Is possible to convert this template into a wp theme? And if so, will it work the same?

Yes, it is possible! We’ve released a similar item with a sidebar navigation Troller WordPress, but Troller isn’t Epsilon powered, meaning it lacks a few features that Drawer has! You can check the link and see! Our templates can all be modified and converted to WordPress! The navigation will probably need to be restructured to support WordPress menu’s or manually made, each would work! :)

Also, thank you for your kind words of appreciation!

I know nothing about epsilon and prefer not to learn yet another language/platform. Can you tell me if this template is available in html5?

Thank you

Did you by any chance check the item title? :)

yes, thanks. Can you tell me if I need coding skills in something other than HTML5 and CSS3?

If you plan to heavily modify it you do need JavaScript knowledge as well! If you simply plan to customize the item to your needs, following the instructions and HTML, CSS knowledge will suffice! Drop me a message through my profile and I’ll send you a screenshot of the source code! :)

Hi, great theme!!

Cannot get the contact form to email me!? Changed the address in the contact.php, what am I doing wrong? Thanks, Kai

That’s quite impossible! I’ve been using this script for absolutely all my files! The same PHP script is in EACH of my mobile items and no one has ever had issues with them EXCEPT for hosting companies that are not doing their job properly! Furthermore, I test these scripts on my hosting mail, Yahoo, GMail, iCloud, MSN, and all mails are received in my inbox, not my spam folder! I have a feeling your host has no idea what they are doing…

Furthermore, Drawer currently has 320 sales, and no one complained thus far… either 320 people are not saying anything or your hosting is not doing a good job!

Please feel free to send me a message me through my profile! We can discuss this further and if needed I’ll check your server to see what specifically is wrong with it! :)

Hi,

Thank you, but there’s 4 logo’s with different size that you use, so i just find .logo in the style sheet?

Thanks,

Mo

Thank you.

Actually I am a web developer. :) But this issue is resoved, was looking at the wrong one.

Oh! Haha! I hope I haven’t offended! :)

Hi,

How could I resize the logo, I placed the logo, but it’s too small.

Please check here:

http://www.innovapptive.com/demo6/

Thanks,

Mo

Hey there Mo, in style.css search for .logo , it’s widh it 146, resize it to whatever you requre! :)

Before I buy the template does it works on IPhone 5? Version 6.1.3?

Yes, of course! Tap the live preview button from your iPhone and see it live! :)

Ok, thanks. Will buy it then.

I built it testing it on my iPhone 5, same OS! :)

Hello, great work!

I’m having trouble with the mail function as it dosn’t support HTML and Scandinavian characters. I tried to change the charset in contact.php to “UTF-8” but that didn’t help. I’ve attached the mail content that I receive. What do I do about the HTML that doesn’t work and the characters not showing?

Besvar til: kasper@kjaerbye.dk MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 <strong>Fra:</strong> Kasper KjÜrbye <br /><br /><strong>Besked:</strong> Dette er en test Üåø

Hey, it still doesn’t work. The problem is not the font as it reads the characters fine on the website. The problem is the characterset in the mail that sends through the contact page. It seems the HTML is not working as I get this mail from the contact page

Reply To: kasper@testing.com MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 <strong>From:</strong> Kaspre KjÜrbye <br /><br /><strong>Message:</strong> Hello testy Üløå øÜå

Please use the provided contact.js script! I’ve just tested it on my server and this issue does not occur! There must be some edit in the jQuery that does this! Please feel free to contact me through my profile and I will assist!

Issue resolved! :)

Hi there,

This is a great theme, and I love it.

However, I’m having a problem – I created a new page, and copied over the menu navigation block…however, when I load the page on my iPhone, the menu is automatically open and won’t close. Why is this? It’s the only page that does that. Have I done something wrong?

Thank you very much in advance! Aaron

Hey Aaron, most likely you haven’t followed the structure if it only happens on one page! I suggest rebuilding that page to avoid systematic errors and follow the structure! :)

Please forgive me. I am lost… What iWebApp? It’s iWeb template? Or iOS App? Do I need iWeb or Xcode? It works on any HTTP client? It works only on iOS device? It’s on iTunes or just on any web server?

No worries! Please feel free to ask! A iWebApp means that the page can be bookmarked to your homescreen, offering a custom icon and a custom splash screen! This works for iDevices. This basically means you can browse the application using fullscreen with the look and feel of an application!

May I take a moment to double check that I understand this correctly? iWebApp is HTML+JS and CSS formatted template.

iWebApp is not iWeb App template, where iWeb App is WYSIWYG tool from iLife ‘11 suite. Is that correct?

I need a products listing functionality, so this won’t be the best solution, however I still want to buy it because it very well done template. A nice peace of art.

But it is difficult to decide which one to choose, since you are selling the same template formatted by different CSS style, when I would prefer opposite – styled together different templates – mobile, facebook, twitter, youtube, google+ etc….

Please let me know if you have done something like that.

The definition of a WebApp

Great theme for mobile! I want to purchase this theme but had a question about what I noticed with my Android device. For some reason, the scrolling is not quite as responsive as using an iPhone (I have Samsung Galaxy S3, Jelly Bean & iPhone 4 iOS 6). I thought it was just my phone but I tried with my wife’s Android HTC phone and it is the same thing. I scroll up and down on the right edge of the phone it is very responsive, but any area in the middle to the left it may take two swipes to go in either direction. Any idea why it may work perfectly on the right side of the screen, but not so much in the middle and left?

This is very strange! Tested on my S3 and it works like a charm, although I do see what you mean! The sidebar does move a little bit harder but this maybe from the fact that the sidebar is coded inside the page and is not the “native” sidebar of the page! This can easily be seen on the iPhone, when you scroll the page and drop the it, it has inertia/momentum, but the sidebar does not because it’s not the native sidebar! Sadly, we have no control over these settings…

Hello. Purchased this beautiful theme and I’m wondering if there’s any way to have the side navigation menu close with a slide gesture instead of clicking on the close button.

Slide gestures can be implemented but they will drastically reduce the number of devices it works on! Slide gestures are still in the early stages of development for this sort of functionality!

Hey there, Just bought your theme. Bought it for having the structure and functionalities I’m looking for, especially for the slide-from-left menu. Overall is a nice theme.

But I have to say, you seriously have to improve the CSS sheets of the theme. I mean… it’s a mobile site, many people will have a 3G connection and not Wifi.

Giving you 3 basic examples: A comment block like this is repeated over and over and over.
/*-------------------------------------*/
/*---------Comment Blocks --------*/
/*-------------------------------------*/

Changing all comment blocks to /* Comment block */ saves a truck load of kilobytes.

Another example. These kind of code repeats about 10 times:
padding-left:10px;
padding-right:10px;
padding-top:5px;
padding-bottom:5px;
You should use the shorthand notation:
padding:5px 10px;
And finally, things like
.checkbox-v1{    background-position:0px 6px;    background-repeat:no-repeat;    font-size:12px;     padding-left:25px;    line-height:30px;}
.checkbox-v2{    background-position:0px 6px;    background-repeat:no-repeat;    font-size:12px;     padding-left:25px;  line-height:30px;}
.checkbox-v3{    background-position:0px 6px;    background-repeat:no-repeat;    font-size:12px;        padding-left:25px;    line-height:30px;}
would be better this way:
.checkbox-v1,.checkbox-v2,.checkbox-v3{background-position:0px 6px;    background-repeat:no-repeat;font-size:12px;padding-left:25px;line-height:30px}

Also remove the final ; before the close symbol }

Got a bit mad for not having the CSS already optimised here, but hey, we all can get better with time. Haven’t rated this purchase yet

Cheers, Afonso

I am highly aware of that but you must also consider older devices that have issues with CSS! I own a numerous amount of mobile phones and the code is structured in such fashion that it works on all! I can optimize it to the point where it’s 100% full CSS3, but that would lead to it working on the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 and 2 iPhones! Believe me, it’s optimized beyond belief! As for the css with .etc, etc, .etc, that will lead to problems on certain RIM devices! ( BlackBerry )

Comment blocks are for basic users! They’ve requested this numerous times so they can easily find code and edit it! This can be removed by pro users, but imagine someone new to CSS! They’d have a hard time understanding and I’d get a bad rating for not making it easy for everyone to use!

At the moment, the site loads 1 second later, but the number of devices it’s compatible with far surpasses this disadvantage! :)

Please feel free to drop me an e-mail if there are more suggestions! I’d like to keep the comments page free of code!

Sure bro! I was just giving my input regarding improvment of page load times as I’m an optimization addict and I highly value site performance (high numbers on Google Pagespeed and Yahoo YSlow) and load times… especially on mobile websites.

Perhaps, and this is just a suggestion, in a future update you could provide both the css sheets for newbies and optimized and minified css sheets, just to save everyone some time.

Anyway, I hope to accomplish good things with this theme. Will work with it a lot more tomorrow and I’ll rate it then! A 4 star rating is already guaranteed! Let’s see if I feel like giving it the extra star! :)

Cheers and great work you did1

Thanks mate, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it and I really appreciate the tips! Sooner or later I’ll apply all of them, but at the moment, the market still has lower versions of OS’s for most devices out there, and I’m searching to offer the best compatibility! :)

Hi there, beautiful drawer nav! Quick question: I used this in “one page” sorting my different pages with anchors & it works already. Only problem: when I go to a new page the drawer stays open. How do I close the side drawer when I call a different page that way?

I’m sorry, I’m having difficulties understand what you mean, can you please be a little bit more explicit? I’m confused!

Well, I just put all the html into one page document. Then referenced the different pages with ID’s. Just like here: http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.2.1/docs/pages/multipage-template.html I am calling the ID’s from your drawer navigation and it works. However the drawer stays open and I have to close it manually.

Please send me a message through my profile and I’ll provide you the code!

I’ve noticed that on an Android phone when I have multiple items on a submenu that extend beyond the bottom of the page the sidebar doesn’t scroll. However, it does scroll on an IPhone. Please advise

You are running an older version of Android! Older versions of Android ( lower than 4.0 I believe ) don’t support scrolling divs (the mechanism of sidebars with scroll in them )

This is mentioned in the item description!

Hi Enabled, first my best compliments for the great template!

A silly question prior purchase: does the template works well also on iPads and android tablets as well?

Thanks

It looks great on iPads and other tablets, BUT, it’s mainly designed for mobiles! The best aspect will be on mobile devices!

Thank you for your nice words! I really appreciate them! :)

While looking at the fixed template on an iPhone and using an IOS emulator, the menu cuts off at the bottom of the screen, when you scroll the menu up, it is blank. Do you have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it?

Yes! That’s due to insuficient content on a page! Give the content class min-height:100% from css or add more content! If you are still having issues, please send me a message through my profile and provide a link! I’ll help you out!

ah..cool! I need absolutly web app in full screen mode… Others themforest mobile templates run in full screen mode without any problems….. i haven’t read Faqs before buy….

You can disable the gallery in fullscreen mode, basically allowing the gallery to be opened only in the browser! Fullscreen mode galleries that do work on the iPhone in WebApp mode are poor in features and crash on other devices! Photoswipe has a very very big compatibility but the only issue is the iPhone fullscreen mode! We’re still waiting for an iOS fix from Apple for this! Happily or sadly, whichever way you wish to put it, this issue does not come from our item!

Please feel free to contact me through my profile for more information!

Hi, I have a bug with iphone 4s ios6 in full screen mode. In the gallery jquery slide all commands are hide and the swipe slide action not work…

some solution?

Thx

Dg

That’s an issue that comes from Apple! Sadly, we cannot fix that until Apple allows us to use more JavaScript inside WebApps! This issue is written in the FAQ’s of our all our items and is present only on iPhones in WebApp mode.

Hi, Thanks for this template. Does it work with or based on jQueryMobile (http://jquerymobile.com/)? I am considering to add some of their features to your template (3rd party plugins etc.).

This is custom jQuery Code. We built this specifically so we don’t have to use jQueryMobile! It’s all custom code. I don’t know if it will work with jQueryMobile attached!

Thanks for the quick answer. Again, the template looks awesome.
