I’ve been using the theme for a while now. I’ll give a general review. I bought it because it looked nice, but the admin panel is terrible. There are fixed sections and many areas that can’t be changed. For example, it only includes a vector image with the code, but when you try to replace it with a JPG or WebP image, it won’t let you. Or, while you can only type text in the loader, you can’t add your logo. The menu changes when you scroll down, transforming into a different image. You can’t create a menu like the one above. When I contact the support section, I receive a message days later recommending that you hire a web developer. It’s a support team you’ll struggle to contact. In my opinion, it’s definitely not worth the price, and you’ll have a lot to deal with after purchasing. I recommend planning your time accordingly, as it will take a long time.

The Theme Kalia team will not refund your money, even though they are aware that their theme is not working. Envato also doesn’t provide assistance. Zubair Jamil, the support person, only wants a 5-star rating, even though he doesn’t know how to fix errors. They may also blame your server, but I purchased another theme, and the same server is running my new theme

very disappointed by their support, they have so many issues with their theme, and now its more than 1 and half month they are giving lame excuses, they are not professional at all, their theme is not fully responsive and even if we need to make website responsive we must have to edit the code, we can’t make responsive through elementor, there are so many issues which i can mention but don’t want to waste my time so I’ll recommend new users not to buy this stupidity

Terrible support. Buying this template was a huge mistake. although the registration page (https://demo.themeum.com/plugins/tutor/student-registration/) is not working, they are still selling this template as if its operative. Themekalia support team recognized the issue, but didnt resolve it. they just reply ” the fix will release via update very soon.” . DO NOT BUY THIS TEMPLATE. IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IT IS NOT READY FOR USE.

Hello, There is just one default footer available in the Elementor Saved Template, despite my attempts to change the site’s footer. I couldn’t find a way to change the footer data (information). I attempted to amend the copyright area using the theme edit option, but it only updated the footer that was included by default, not every footer edit option was offered by the theme.

What is the purpose of a search form that doesn’t work even in your demo, Marketplace? Seems like it’s a standard contact form of no use. I wanted to purchase this theme, the design is great, but it feels unfinished. Links in your demos are also such a mess. I hoped to see some category pages etc., but I get redirected to the wrong places all the time.
