Hello team, pre sales question: I was wondering if it would be possible to integrate TechSpecs’ free API (techspecs.io) into this template, so that product description, specifications and images could be added automatically to our store. This would be a very useful feature to have.

We have not installed the app you are asking for and checked its functionality. But the app will work fine with our theme. If you face any app-related difficulties kindly contact app support to resolve the difficulty you are facing.

How can we install the demo data and layout like the demo ?

We have created options for respective sections on the page, just add the content and image in the respective section on the home page and as well as other pages.
The images are used in our theme are copyrighted, you want the same image, we will share the image links with you, you will buy it from the author.

Hi, I just wondering for your theme templates, is that include product pre-order? I mean for the backend, is that have a template which not just have pay immediately, but also have an option for customer choose pre-order, and pay in the store by cash, but for my side, I am able to see the customer is ordered, and remove the item from storage
Sorry theme does not have such option.

Are you trying to install the theme in wordpress? If yes, then it will not work. It is a shopify theme and it will not work in wordpress.

I could not find any support except knowledgebase and forum….neither had an answer to my question …no phone? email? The shopify electrox mobile menu doesn’t work. It should open when you tap it and close when you tap it again. It just stays open. I was going to leave a very favourable review both of their template and the service but I’m going to hold off and see how this turns out first.
