after speaking with my hosting service for my website https://donebydave.pro, they stated that Mascot Core – Elevato was causing a critical error. With this plugin, it’s causing a critical error. Without the plugin, my website looks deranged.

Hi, I have just purchased and installed the Elevato theme and would like to import the demo site. However, I keep getting this error message: An error occurred while fetching file from: https://templatevisual.com/all-elevato/one-click-demo-import/v1.0/handyman/xml.xml! Reason: 403 – Forbidden.

Can you help me fix it? The theme seems to be installed correctly, as everything else works, it is just the import that keeps failing.

Hello, when I installed the one-click-demo to my website (https://donebydave.pro) the website home page is repeated and elementor doesn’t work unless in Safe Mode. I’ve deactivated all plugins with the exception of Elementor, and it continues to not work. The demo import is just repeated on the page, but doesn’t show repeated in Elementor.

I have problem with Elementor dont load the site. It seems to be Problem with the theme or maby Macot Core plugin or both. Please read what i tryed already before answer.

When Mascot core is disabled and all other plugin i enabled i can load the site in another theme like Twenty Twenty-four. But not when enabeling Mascot core. In the same theme.

When trying to edit it, The platform doesnt load at all when Elevato theme is activated even with Mascot core disabled.

I tryed to reinstall Mascot Core but its the same.

The site is loading in safe mode with Elevato Theme when going there but of course it looks strange becouse in safe mode.

What to do?

Hi, I just purchased the Elevato theme and installed on a fresh WP installation. However when we try to do the one click demo import it doesn’t work and throws an error: Er is een fout opgetreden bij het ophalen van een bestand van (translation: error occured fetching file from): https://templatevisual.com/all-elevato/one-click-demo-import/v1.0/agency/xml.xml! Reden: http_request_failed – cURL error 35: error:0A000438:SSL routines::tlsv1 alert internal error.

When trying to import manually with the JSON/XML/WIE it also throws an error with the json file resulting in a not complete import.

This also causes elementor not to load regulary and prompts to load in safe mode wich doesn’t load complete … loading Elementor the hello elementor theme has no errors…

Please take a look to resolve these issues…

Where can I update the theme as the same issue is back again. I cannot edit with elementor anymore.

I am finding it difficult to edit this with elementor. I don’t know if it’s a problem with your theme/pluggin. I have tried to use elementor for other websites and it is working perfectly. Can you look into this please?
