sir I send to you 5 proplems! also Google say my website not compatability with phone???? also the the proplems in your Demo I send the login details from 24 hours ago but no answer, my website rank down because the template not support a mobile phone, I hate my website.
please wait sir. I got email from you for tracking your problems every hour. it’s not fair. We are trying our best to help you. but you also must let us work on it. you figured out many problems was not because of the theme and because you did not know how to fix it.

It is difficult for me to find a clear answer to a few basic questions.
1 – Is the Wordpress version fully integrated with WHMCS in that it will display WHMCS packages/plans dynamically in the Wordpress theme? So any changes made to pricing and features in WHMCS, will display in the wordpress theme?
2 – Does domain search and registration work seamlessly with WHMCS for automated cPanel account creation?
If not, please explain how this is achieved.
Hi, Thank you so much for your interest in our product. 1. unfortunately this is not possible at all. all hosting companies in the world would create their product in whmcs and their main website (in this case its wordpress ) and then put direct ordering link of each product of whmcs in wordpress pricing tables. 2. yes it is sync for domain registration. when client is searching domain it’s going to connect to your whmcs portal and show the results. if domain is available the client can add it to cart and order it. Save it and then if you open the elementor main header you have the option to set custom image for logo. Upload your logo and you can customize height and width. If with this these guide you were unable to customize the height and width tell me to record a video for you.

Hi, Elementor editor is not loading if the plugin “Emyui Core” is active. Once i disable this plugin, editor loads immediately but without theme related widgets. I have increased Memory limit to 2GB, changed alternate loading method in elementor settings but nothing worked.
Issue fixed. I have updated the theme but i had to also update the plugin. Initially i uploaded the plugin also after updating theme but it said both are same version 1.1 so i clicked cancel thinking that there is no need to update.

I’m not sure what is your point but the only part which is connected to billing software is the domain search engine. so it must not be hard to implement on any other billing software. let me know what you need specifically so I could help you better. Are the other areas, hosting plans, VPS, Servers, not connected WHMCS, Blesta, Billingbox for easy Billing & Automation ?
Of course everyone connects these things to a billing software and without that there is no way to handle it but connecting hosting plans to Whmcs has nothing complicated other than just a link. you must set the order link of these plans to direct add to cart link which is available in Whmcs for each product. the only part which is a little bit complicated and it’s dynamically synced with Whmcs is domain search. this is something common in all web hosting themes.
OK, I assume I can use one of the other software’s work with this theme but only but only Whmcs for domain search ?
Sure you can. for domain also if that system provides form with Get or Post method we can implement it for you.

I need to know, the font family is not google, is it included free of charge? The demo importer, does importing everything make it exactly the same? Are the colors customizable? All widgets are editable or have something that needs to be edited by hand (directly in the file)

Currently it does not support to change the font but if you send us access to your wordpress site and let us know the exact font you need yes we will implement it for free for you. 2. Of course that is what demo importer is for. it would import exactly the same demo. 3. the widgets are dedicated and there are few color changing options but not too much. 4. No coding required all the elements can be edited through Elementor Page Builder even the mega menu is drag & drop with elementor. I suggest you watch the introduction video in demo page to see the elements options.
I don’t want to change the font, my question was if the content font is included and if it has an additional cost, example: adobe fonts
the adobe font that has been used here is licensed according to publisher agreement for theme users and there is no worry about that. it does not have additional cost. and also we will try to add google fonts in future too.

On the Network page where you have the map with some selected countries, can I change the color of the ball and the location?

1. That limit is for the CDN version. our version is local and there would be no limit. 2. Yes that is on of the great options of this theme. you can move locations on the map completely drag and drop easily. 3. You are welcome to ask anything and our responsibility is supporting you. unable to change sticky header logo, I have tried to changed the logo, it is not working. What’s going on?
check your email, I updated the follow up and the bug I found. It’s a beautiful theme but please test it with a clean installation. Perhaps something wrong with your demo data syntax that is causing problems. The sticky header logo remains as your company logo after updates via elementor once you scroll down the web page.
As I told you in the email we have tested multiple times. This theme was actually two months in check with and Envato quality control. Just send us access to your work address I will let you know what is the problem. Like I told you changing the sticky logo should be done according to the video that I have sent you. It is absolutely my responsibility to fix any issues you have with your website. All the support email and we will handle it for sure.

Getting a issue. Homepage loading without any issues. However pages like Shared, VPS, Dedicated are loading there css, only text and images loading. Installed on Fresh latest version of WordPress downloaded from WordPress.org

When i search for domain name, after redirecting to WHMCS it says “Congratulations! is available!” instead of “Congratulations! <entered domain name> is available!”

I am having issue with demo import. After 3% it directly goes to 100% within few seconds and nothing gets imported. I tried multiple times and same issue is getting reported.

The issue was with memory usage, csf was killing process dues to memory limit exceeded and demo was not working which is fixed now. I am a bit disappointed after installing demo as most of the sections are dedicated widgets without any design freedom. Even FAQ widget is custom widget without any options. There is no option to even change font styles or colors in custom widgets. Please add some custom styling options to widgets in future update, it would be helpful.

The search engine for demo is working. it was only not set in demo which thanks to your remind I did it now. it works now if you check. also the scrollbar is available. it only depends on your browser and device. currently I can see that in chrome latest version.
About domain check on menu, now stay on the same page, still not working, and I would like to see it working.
About scrollbar, chrome version 101.0.4951.54 on desktop not showing any scroll, only on firefox, this is very important, we can’t depend on being on the latest version to show this, I’ve never had problems like this on other sites, even with late versions (but not that old of course)
about the domain cleared the object cache. It’s ok now I promise
about the scrollbar honestly it’s strange since that I already checked safari, firefox, chrome, edge. none had any problem showing that.
