They used old angular version 2 dependencies and alot of dependendies are deprecated and misversion match durring npm install
From 2days trying to run theme still getting errors

it has latest angular 12 version only if you having issue in npm installation you can raise ticket first at http://pixelstrap.freshdesk.com with screenshot so our team might help you
