Hi. I really like the way your template looks and operates. However, I did notice an issue with the GoToTop function on a mobile device. It works great on the computer. It appears as if you need to click it twice for it to work. This is the case even with your demo website. I am trying to encourage my client to move forward with your template. It seemed to be on the iPhone in the portrait mode. I do think it works in the landscape mode. Not a big deal at all, just noticed.

Hi there, what exactly fires the skills bar action in the about us section. I am having trouble getting it to fire consistently. Sometimes it is blank and I have to reload to get it to animate and show up. What is the trigger and method of action? Thanks, Jason
Hi, Progress bars logic located in scripts.js (line 275). It should fire the function when progress bars are in the viewport area using .appear plugin.

yeah, so for some reason, it only fires on reload. Is .appear deprecated? When you scroll the about us into view the progress bars do not appear but if you reload the entire page, they automatically fire. Obviously, a user of the site isn’t going to reload the site, so I have to figure out why it isn’t working. Is there a way to send you the code or send you a link to view the installation and troubleshoot. I am using PHP to add in dynamic content but have kept the that functionality of the skills-progress bar intact. Any help is appreciated!

Once deployed, I have this:

This is more related to your hosting configuration rather then template. Try to contact your hosting support and ask them about this issue. On Cloudways there is a settings to enable CORS Headers.

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to get the Youtube video working? I followed documentation and it say’s it needed a Youtube id. Which youtube ID do we need, the video id or the channel id? I tried a bunch of combinations to no avail and then I stumbled on something else on a different support forum, I believe you have to have this template up on server/online before seeing changes made? Is that right? Now that I am online, when I click on the video it is giving me random youTube id’s and the bg video is not showing. If I can just get the videos working I should be set. Other then this everything has been great! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello. The YouTube video ID can be found in address bar of the video – https://clip2net.com/s/45iqsrX It’s a phrase after ?v= part.
Video will play only on online server. To get video working, you also need to specify your domain – https://clip2net.com/s/45iqv2p

Sorry! I found the reason: that grid (only in Chrome by default) is sensitive to the Windows screen scale factor.

There was an update in Video API, if you download latest version of Enigma it should work. It’s probably your browser cache. You should try to refresh the page with CTRL + F5 to clear the cache.
