Yes we checked the spam and junk mail and it’s not going through the server. It says it has sent on the website and then the email does not show up. I tried a different contact form and it worked but I want this one because it’s formatted with the design.
Thanks anyway – we changed the contact form to a different one and now it is working.
For the Home page screen – where the image moves and zooms, how do I turn off the moving image effect on the mobile screen only?

I’m trying to insert the masonry 3 column portfolio. But the images load stacked in a single column with no lightbox functionality. The isotope filter does not work as well. Seems like there are no event listeners of masonry or isotope. Any insight will be appreciated!
It must have some javascript error, pls send us any code reference (browser console log or source code) via mail, We will help you to check on it.
I actually figured it out. Those who might run into some trouble with the portfolio col-2 col-3 col-4. There was no event listener to properly activate the responsive columns. If you look at line 304 in the main.js file you will see the necessary js. Lines 59 for the lightbox. Hope this helps!

Video background plugin is not support in any any mobile or tablet device, we will usually use background images instead of it.

Hi, the ajax validation is working, you should received the send mail. did you checked your junk? some mailing system will filter spam.

Is the contact form still working? I am always getting this error: An error occured, please try again later !
But the email is being send. Also the warnings show up for Email, Subject and Message when are left blank. However, only Email and Subject are mandatory. Although Message is empty, and shows red from the warning, it goes through empty when submitting. But the real problem is that the success state doesn’t get picked up. My paths are correct, I also tried with all files in the root. The email is being send but always this error: An error occured, please try again later !
Maybe you can make another contact form with Googles ReCaptcha in it?

Hi, thanks. But I figured it out. In my htaccess file, there was ‘php_value display_errors 1’. That breaks it. I removed the line and it is working now.
Well, the form still does not work as expected…
The subject does not come through, but changing $subject = $_REQUEST[‘You have received a mail’]; to $subject = $_REQUEST[‘subject’]; in php/email.php does the trick.
Mandatory fields also not working properly. For example, we make all fields mandatory by adding fill-this class to form-control. When leaving everything blank and press “Send Message”, the form does color all fields red, which is good. But when filling in Name only, and press “Send”, nothing happens, no colors. When filling in Name and Email Address only, and press “Send”, the form is being send, although Subject and Message also were mandatory.
A fix on this would be appreciated, especially when you can also include an option for Googles reCaptcha!

It is exactly as I say above. You can use your own files from the zip from Themeforest. Just add “fill this” class to all fields and you see that the checks don’t work. Also subject is wrong in your code, that variable isn’t used and doesn’t get passed. There really is something wrong in your code.
I am using a mailscript from another theme now. So for me it is not necessary anymore, but maybe for other users you may want to check your code…

I’ve added the entire cuisine page css to main.css to insert the food-item component. I’m trying to change the name + price font color/sizes but any changes to the css will not show. Even created new properties identical to original with no avail

Hello. I just purchased and downloaded Exort and wanted to upload it to my web site. I know this is a common issue but none of the solutions worked for me. I keep getting the message “Theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”
Exort has one downloadable option that comes with the name “themeforest-15869946-exort-responsive-multipurpose-html-template” 1. I tried installing this as a zip file, did not work 2. tried unzipping it and re-zip the exort folder then installing it, did not work 3. tried uploading the exort folder via filezilla, did not work.
I keep getting the same message for the first two. When I try the third option, wordpress does not see the exort theme I uploaded via ftp. I really need your help.

Oh, that’s too bad, I thought it was easy. Just something like put ‘sticky’ or ‘static’ in the class of the navbar. I will put something online in a few days.
Also, what would be nice for a transparent menu, with a dark image background like this http://mlmeniaga.com/website/html/exort/index-interactive-parallax-mp.html one, is that the font and logo are white, but if you scroll that the menu background is white and the text and logo are black. Now you always have to use a dark menu for white text over an image, but then you always have the I black menu on top. I prefer the light menu but for starters when transparent I would like to have white text. Maybe that is some easy CSS?
I think I managed to make the menu static on mobile devices. I added this CSS:

But if you can include my two points in a future update, that would always be nice. Well, keep up the good work, it is a nice clean theme!

I found out that on my mobile in landscape mode the menu was still there. I had to specify more pixels width, like 600. But now I have found a new solution, when my mobile is in portrait mobile, i display the menu always, but when in landscape mode, the menu scrolls up. Because I hate it when a menu bar takes almost half of my mobile screen. This is my solution for that:

I experience the problem that on an iPad in this site http://mlmeniaga.com/website/html/exort/pages/about-1.html the parallax behind the „Word from CEO“-box gets really messy. It is much too big. Please provide me with a way to get around this. Please be aware that this can only be tested on a real Ipad. Chrome in Ipad mode does not show the problem for example. I tested it with your demo.

This issue happens on old ios system something, there are several solution here. Use background-attachment: scroll; instead of background-attachment: fixed; in media query, or use background-position: scroll with some javascript to remain the parallax effect on mobile view.
Ok. So you call IOS 9.6.3 an old IOS system? Your fix is not really a fix but it does work though. So no paralax on ipad.
You can use background-attachment: scroll; with java script below to keep the parallax effect on mobile.
